Delicious and large portions for reasonable prices…read more The service was prompt and courteous. It was a counter service ordering with a table side delivery. The latte was excellent, but a bit smaller than expected size. The ambiance was at first quite quiet and peaceful, but almost instantly became crowded and above average noise level. If you have difficulty drowning out background noise, I would not recommend visiting during peak hours as tables are also close together. Unfortunately I didn't take photos of my food as we were there for a business meeting, but I assure you I would recommend.

Incredible coffee and such a wide array of quality ingredients in each delicious dish!…read more This was my first visit and I was pleasantly pleased with the whole experience. The menu selections all sound incredible that it was difficult to choose. I wound up choosing the Mediterranean Omelette and was quite surprised by its massive size! It was so big that I was thankful for the available take home boxes. It could easily feed two people! (I didn't take food pictures because I was there for a work brunch.) The prices were very reasonable for what you get and the portions. The lack of 1 star was due to the lack of direction when you entered the store. All of us weren't sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. There was confusion if someone was supposed to take your order or you were supposed to order at the counter since all the tables were equipped with menus and staff were delivering food to tables. The seating was limited. I would not recommend it for larger parties of more than 5/6. It's more comfortable and accommodating to parties of 4 or less. Cute decor included paintings from local artists for purchase at reasonable prices. Clean and well maintained facilities. I'd definitely recommend and also plan to revisit in the future.

They changed their business model to table service vs the counter service, which is a nice touch. There was one mishap that made us a bit uncomfortable at the start of our meal. As a result we enjoyed our experience and will be giving it another chance in the future- to give time for the issue to be fully addressed.

She was more than eager to sway from the typical breakfast joints, and I'd had a hankering for Mangu con Los Tres Golpes, so I turned to Yelp for advice. I've wanted to visit this spot for a bit now, so I was happy to find it was on the menu! I locked my bike up to a pole out front, and luckily the window granted clear view, so I could keep an eye the entire meal. (No matter where I'm at my anxiety is always a bit high when I can't see her ) I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the establishment. It's just an open square with a very clean feel and plenty of chairs and tables. The waitress welcomed us immediately to the front counter, and I ordered for my friend and I since she wasn't accustomed to the cuisine. But she is very happy to know about it's existence now. And for the remainder of the meal our waitress was extremely attentive and helpful. She even offered a bag for my to go container when she realized I was putting it in my backpack for the ride home. Yay for no greasy leaks. I'm a proud Italian, but Dominican salami might be a little higher in my preferences. (Don't tell my PopPop). I obviously don't know exactly good from bad Dominican food, but I absolutely loved the texture of the mangu, the fried cheese, and the salami! The egg was cooked perfectly as well. For $8 you can't beat the portions. It's definitely on the greasier side (considering the butter and the frying aspect), but after leg day and a bike ride over, it's well worth it. Psh worth it even without the exercise! I (and I'm sure my friend) will definitely be back soon. Also they have free parking out back! The only negative I guess would be that our circular table swiveled around.. but I'm like 7, so I kind of enjoyed it.

Our waitress was polite and asked if we needed a minute to look at the menu, which we did. The western omelet was a generous plate, more than he could finish. At first our waitress seemed stressed/irritated and short tempered because we had literally just been seated and not had an opportunity to open our menus to even know what kinds of drinks were offered. (Please note we have someone in our party who has significant dietary restrictions.) She seemed to soften a bit as the time went on. One person in our party got wings off the salad bar which had feather roots still intact, indicating poor quality control. The rest of the soup/salad bar was fresh and well stocked. The facility was clean that we could see, with the exception of one of the individuals in our party received a menu that the pages literally stuck together and she had to peel them apart. (Thank God for hand sanitizer.) While the experience wasn't bad altogether, it didn't inspire us to become repeat customers either. It was just average. Perhaps we will return in the future and hopefully we'll have an opportunity to increase the stars in that future review.

The place is always busy. Sometimes it's hard to find a place to sit down to eat, which I am here to suggest that maybe they could add signage at the larger tables to not allow single occupancy. Some people use this space as an office, only purchasing a coffee and hogging a large table for hours. There is an extra large table in the corner by the front window that can seat about 8 or so people and there have been times when one person has that spot. I've seen people come in to sit down and can't. Some signage would make things nice for others coming in to eat and leave. The sign in the photo is from another coffee spot I frequent for suggestion. But I highly recommend this place!
