So, I did a quick Google search and did my research--as most people do not--and found out that there was another bagel spot right around the corner that also sold breakfast and coffee. When we went up to ask about our order, we realized our drinks had actually been sitting there for a while, our name just hadn't been called. Because of that, the whipped cream and cold foam on the iced coffees had melted more than they should have. The coffee itself was really good. I enjoyed it a lot and could taste the clean, quality brew. My one complaint is the to-go hot cups, they weren't sturdy at all. My husband's cup actually crumbled and spilled on him a few times, to the point where he gave up trying to drink it.
