The vibe immediately pulls you in, classic 1950s ice cream parlor energy with a fun, nostalgic feel. One of the employees was even dressed in a white shirt and black bow tie, which totally fit the theme and added to the experience. They have a huge variety of flavors and options, so there's something for everyone. We came specifically for their Valentine's Day ice cream flight, and it did not disappoint. The flight included: * Cupid's Milk & Cookies * Raspberry Cheesecake * Red Velvet * Chocolate Covered Strawberry Every flavor was excellent, but raspberry cheesecake was the standout favorite rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. We also grabbed a kiddie size of white chocolate cranberry cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious and worth ordering on its own. Because it was freezing out (a rare win), we took advantage of that and grabbed two kiddie sizes to go for my mom, knowing they wouldn't melt on the way home. They also had ice cream pies stocked in the freezer, plus homemade waffle cones and waffle bowls, which smelled incredible. The only downside and this has nothing to do with Sweet Ride themselves was parking. With all the snow piled everywhere, we missed a sign indicating a bus stop zone right in front of the shop and ended up with a $50 parking ticket from the borough. Lesson learned: parking in the area can be tricky, so just be extra mindful of signage, especially in winter. That aside, this was a five-star experience across the board. Fantastic ice cream, fun atmosphere, and a great overall experience. We'll absolutely be back just with better parking awareness next time. Highly recommend if you're anywhere near Reading

This time was the worst when I'd received the wrong milkshake flavor.. I was going to let it go because it wasn't a huge deal but I'd decided because I payed for it, i should speak up. Once I did they immediately denied their mistake and refused to remake the milkshake. They told me and I quote "you're not getting anything." I didn't realize a simple mistake was going to be such a huge deal to them and worth loosing a consistent customer over. I'm applauded at their reactions, very immature and not worth the hassle.

I had a scoop of the coconut which was delicious with pieces of real coconut in it, and a scoop of the lime. The lime was more like a sherbet than ice cream. The flavor was amazing. My son had a banana split with mango and coconut and all the fixings. He loved it. My husband had the diablitos, with lime. It is a glorious combination of hot sauce, spice and sweet all working together. I've never had anything like it before. It is incredible. We are already looking forward to going again.

There are so many delicious options to choose from. The dining area was clean and well maintained. The counter and service area is well stocked and clean. I would highly recommend this place and we hope to partake in it again someday. The downsides are the pricing (over $17 for two milkshakes and a medium ice cream in a bowl, pre tip) and the location. There is little to no parking in the area which doesn't cost money to access. I would love to see a second location in a more accessible area, perhaps with free parking lot accessibility. (Highly recommend the Monkey Business flavor as well as the Mocha Coffee flavors! )

Absolutely blown away by this hidden gem in Fleetwood, PA! I…read morestopped into Willy's Ice Cream Shop expecting a quick cone on a hot day, but what I got was one of the most surprisingly fantastic all-around experiences I've had in the Lehigh Valley. This place isn't just an ice cream shop -- it's a full-on flavor destination. First off, the ice cream is legit Penn State Creamery quality -- rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. I tried a couple of scoops and they were perfect. But the real shock was their smoked meats. Despite the name, they're turning out some serious game-made smoked brisket and pork that rivals the best BBQ joints around. Tender, smoky, perfectly seasoned -- I couldn't believe it. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth good and the pork was juicy with that ideal bark. Huge props for the quality and the unexpected menu depth. And then there were the Kamikoze pickles, ring bologna, and hot cauliflower!. These are hands-down the best pickles I've ever had. Tangy, crunchy, perfectly spiced with just the right kick -- I bought 6 jars to take home and I'm already planning my next trip back just for more. They elevate everything on the menu. Friendly service, great portions, and a fun, welcoming vibe in a convenient Fleetwood location. Whether you're craving premium ice cream, killer smoked meats, or those legendary pickles, Willy's delivers on every level. This place is a 10/10. If you're anywhere near Fleetwood, do yourself a favor and go. You won't regret it -- I'm already a regular. Highly, highly recommend!
