I can't believe we finally have a Sunright Tea Studio in the South Bay! I'm glad the drinks were just as delicious as previous locations I've been to. I normally only get the Oreo creme brûlée, which feels more like a dessert to me than a drink. Today I tried their white oolong peach tea with cheese foam. Both drinks were delicious! 5 stars Eeek! My new FAVORITE! I've heard of Sunright, but never tried as there was not one near me. However, since they opened shop in Gardena, I've been coming here at least once weekly =X The store is tucked away in the Albertsons plaza across from In&Out. During most visits, cashiers' not available, and all orders are self-ordering done at the monitors to the left of the store. Drinks average about $5-6/drink - pretty standard. My all-time favorite: Jasmine Milk Tea 50% sweetness w/ Honey Boba I've tried their brown sugar boba and personally prefer honey boba for the chewier texture. Other drinks that are great if you're looking for something light and quenching (my preference are at 75% sweetness for all the following): Sunright Fruit Tea Grapefruit Jasmine Tea Yogurt Jasmine Tea Mango Jasmine Tea The only recommendation I have is for this location to possibly consider adding themselves on more delivery platforms (ie, Grubhub, door dash, Fantuan). It's just a nice option for those lazy boba craving days, and would prefer to not make the 5 miles drive (one way) to satisfy the craving. read more

I love coming to Sunright because the drinks are delicious. They also come out pretty quick after you order at the kiosk. If there's a line, it goes by pretty quick. It's easy to select your customization on the sweetness and toppings here. They have a good selection of toppings and I really like their mochi topping but they tend to run out later in the day. This is my first time going to Sunright Tea Studio. I was quickly attracted to their simple and neat appearance inside, not to mention their helpful and friendly staff. I tried their Four Seasons Brulee Latte, which was pretty good. I could taste both the tea and oat milk in there: it's just the right ratio. It's cool that they offer the options to adjust the sugar level and ice level of their drinks. I also found out they have real mashed taro, so that's something i would try next time. I've never wrote one of these reviews before but I just had to this time around. This is the first time I've been to Sunright Tea Studio. You are instantly greeted with a "Hi. Welcome". The interior was nice and clean and I assume this is a popular spot because inside was jam packed!! What surprised me the most was that there was only one employee named Kendall working. I went up to the cashier and he was very welcoming to me and my daughter and didn't rush me even though it was super busy. He recommended me the Oreo Creme Brûlée Boba milk and man was it good! I love their summer seasonal drinks -- and it's definitely something I look forward to every summer. 1. Watermelon cooler w/ Jasmine Tea: 4.5/5 - it's very refreshing but it does get a little sweet, so make sure you get it with 75% sweet if you don't like your drinks to be that sweet. The recommended sweetness is 100%, but they give you an option to have it up to 150% sweet 2. Mango milk tea (not sure of the name but it should be in their recommended tab): 4/5 -- I usually order this if I'm in the mood for something more creamy/milky. Love that I can order on app and pick it up right when I walk in and avoid the long wait. Staff are friendly. Most of the drink toppings are yummy and taste fresh. Girl working in front on March 2 @ 4:35pm was ruuuuuuude!!! She was practically yelling at the guy in front of me because she couldn't hear him. And when it was my turn she didn't say a word just rolled her eyes. No thank you or nothing. And I left a tip!!! Y'all needa fire her ass, she makes you look bad smh. They also had like six workers just standing around with no mask and messing around talking. Very unprofessional. I just wanted to take the time to write this review because I came into sunright a few days and had such bad customer service. I come to sunright on a regular basis and I always expect long waits for my drinks but that's okay.. until this tall girl who works there gave me an attitude and was really rude towards me. I asked one of her coworkers what he name was and I think it was someone named " sky" or "skyler" I can't be too sure.. but her customer service made me not want to come back when I see her working. Customer service was horrible and had no patience while ordering also. The drinks were not up to par with them not blending the Oreos into the Matcha Frosty as requested and their boba are hard/undercooked or they reuse their boba and reheat them the next day. Glad to see a tea shop opening near Tokyo Central. This is the perfect tea spot for when I swing by for groceries. I mainly go for fruit teas and they're pretty solid at Sunright. The only thing I would recommend is getting it at least 50% sweetness because their drinks run very sweet. I do wish they would fix the second ordering tablet as the last few times I went, only one was functional which made it very annoying when you get a customer in front of you that can't decide or is technologically challenged. Grapefruit tea is the best one I've had in the area - not all boba places carry the fruit teas, and I was happily surprised by theirs! I usually get it 0% sweet (I don't love super sweet drinks) and the boba syrup provided the perfect sweetness. It was super fresh tasting and really yummy overall. My partner got Hokkaido milk tea which was super creamy and had true tea flavor coming through. This is a small thing, but I was also impressed by their attention to detail. The grapefruit tea had slices of fruit in it, and the labels on the top were different colors that aesthetically matched the color of the drink. I came here one afternoon after reading so many good reviews. Most bland Matcha drinks ever. My mother and I were heavily disappointed with the lack of matcha and flavor. She got the one with strawberry jam, and it all you could taste was jam and water. My favorite is the Matcha Milk Tea and in my opinion it has the better matcha quality in all the boba places in the local area. Today is the day after Christmas. Stopped by around 7pm and ordered Yakult jasmine tea, while waiting for my order, I saw a male worker (hope he isn't the store manager) was drinking a tea without mask behind the counter and talking with another worker. Later this unmasked worker went into the kitchen and continued his drink. Afterwards he just put the drink down and worked inside the kitchen, without mask on! Everyone else behind the counter along with another male worker in the kitchen all had their masks on! This person is not considerate during the omicron surge, and damages public health that we are trying to reinforce together. We wish the owner or head of this store will correct this unlawful behavior. Otherwise, they did serve nice drinks and provide good, friendly service. read more
