This was at 7:52pm and I hope the manager looks into CCTV to see who was handling my drink (order 260) and takes appropriate action. On shift I know there was a male wearing a hat who was handling my drink. I noticed the trash (as it almost went in in my mouth) not even halfway through my drink so I basically had to pour out 70% of what I paid for. There was not a super long line and the store wasn't even close to closing so I really don't understand why or how this could have happened. read more

Easily the best milk tea/boba place in the Fullerton area. The brown sugar milk tea hits the spot every single time. I've never tried anything else from the menu so I can't speak on it but I'd assume the same quality stretches out to their other menu items. Service is quick and easy on their touchscreen menus and they get your drinks out in minutes. read more

Drinks are usually really good!! But customer service is usually not great :( Drinks come out very fast and they are delishh but every time I've gone (about 6 times in the past 2 months??) the girls have either been cold or a little rude. I order my drinks online every time and just walk up to the pick up window when I get a text that my drink is ready. Every time, I've either had to stand there without anyone attending to me for 3-4 minutes OR they will walk up and just stare at me until I say my name and then just place the drink in front of me and walk away. I know customer service can be hard and everyone has hard days so I always walk in with a smile and then walk out the door giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I think it is saying something when it happens every time? :( But yes, drinks are still yummy :) read more

got drinks delivered from here for the first time and my whole group was SO happy with their drinks. i opted for the strawberry matcha latte with honey boba and it was so tasty! strawberry matcha is one of my favorite flavor combinations and this strawberry blend definitely tasted like fresh strawberries. perfectly sweet for me too. was a bit more on the expensive side, but i would still get this again! my friend said if they made one double the size for double the price he would totally get it, and said this was top 2 of all boba tea places he's tried! i'm excited to try more of the drinks when i go back read more

Drinks from Sunright do not disappoint! As a boba snob, I'll have to say that Sunright is the best boba shop in Fullerton. Trust! My favorite is the peach oolong cheese, 25% sugar, less ice. It's the perfect amount of refreshing/light with some added heaviness (the cheese). It is my go to drink! My husband often gets the yogurt green tea if you're a yakult fan. So glad this place opened in Fullerton! I really enjoy the drinks here because I feel like they are very authentic and have an herbal taste to it. I usually get the oolong milk tea or oolong tea. There are a ton of drinks to choose from and you can adjust the sweetness, add ones and ice level. At this location like the one in Costa Mesa is a self service desk where you purchase the drinks by yourself and pick them up at the counter after. I would say it's pretty efficient. The drinks come out fast and I like how fancy the drinks look and the aesthetic of the boba cup that they use. It's kind of a matte/glossy look to it. I will definitely be back and excited to take more of my friends to try out the drinks here! read more

Went here 2 separate times, 5 days apart. Really happy with initial visit, service was great, Kiosk ordering was nice, wait time for getting drinks was fairly quick despite there being quite a bit of people. The drink and topping options were plenty. Got the Mango Green Milk Tea and a few other drinks, all were good. Only issue was 1 of my drinks was missing a topping and while that sucked, that wasn't enough to stop me from coming back. Second visit everything was going great until we got our drinks. When we asked for a bag for our 5 drinks, we got major attitude from the girl. By attitude, I mean an eye roll grabbing the bag, placing each drink in it and the blank stare pushing the bag towards us, despite us saying "Thank You". This incident alone was enough for me not to come back. My fav boba shop! I really like their taro drinks such as taro frosty and taro milk tea. They use real taro in the drinks and it tastes sooo good. I have been to several of their locations and I am happy that they open one here which is a bit closer to me. This was a hidden gem of a find to add to my Top Teas list! Conveniently close by to me as well, in an odd location off Orangethorpe next to the Car Wash and the Jack in the Box, so it's easy to miss. I wasn't aware of this smaller chain, but their website is excellently designed with a pleasant UI and easily accessible menu. Ordering online was a breeze as you can use the Toast app and get points and the like, and they update you when your order is ready. However, something that's really neat is that they have touchscreen ordering kiosks available inside of the shop rather than have you order at the counter! This is a great system as it allows for better workflow for the people making the drinks and handing out orders, and it can certainly get busy here. There are many amazing customizations you can create out of any of their base drinks, utilizing their special sweet milk, regular milk, or milk alternatives. They have tons of great quality toppings, their honey boba is a lighter color than the brown sugar and their website says it is made with a longan honey! I enjoy both of their bobas here, the texture is always on point. I got grass jelly the other day and it was just alright, bit too squishy-watery and not enough bite for my taste. Their jasmine milk tea is one of the best I have had -- normally you lose the jasmine flavor at a lot of places as it's drowned out by the milk. This is not the case here at ALL, the jasmine flavor was so strong, floral, crisp, it was fantastic and creamy and wonderful. My next favorite option is their creme brulee topping on their four seasons milk tea, and my fiancee adores their fresh strawberry jasmine tea. The fruit flavor is fresh and lovely. From the efficiency of service to the quality and variety of tea and toppings, this is a must try for boba fiends in the area, particularly if you enjoy milk tea (as their fruit tea options are limited). read more

It's a self-serve kiosk where you order on the screen and just wait off to the side. The space is clean and very well-decorated. You might be able to study here if you find a spot but it's very small. I love their matcha teas, jasmine milk tea, signature, and mango milk tea. Their teas taste fresh and it's fairly priced. Especially nowadays the workers just work and do not really interact with customers besides placing down their drinks and calling out the numbers. This location just has a corner section to hang out.
