Discovered this boba shop because of the TGTG app and they are very upfront with what you will get, which is a big plus. So we just finished lunch a few miles away and I checked to see if there were any boba or dessert places on TGTG that might be on the way back and it would be on the way home but with a minor detour. So I ordered 4 different TGTG options (Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Green Fruit Tea (turns out you can pick the flavor options from their Simple Tea menu), Thai Milk Tea and green Thai Milk Tea. The lady working the register was very patient and helped me with my 4 orders and let me picked the flavor (for the Fruit Green Tea) and option to not have boba in some of the drinks. Never tried Green Thai Milk Tea before, and it is refreshing without being too sweet. My brother wanted the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and he said he likes it (but location is 20 minutes away). SIL said her White Peach Green Tea was good, but flavor a little light. Ice might have melted, since it was in the fridge for a few hours. I got the other drinks for the family, so can't commit on those. Just a note for those not familiar with the strip mall this boba shop is located at, it has a weird driveway entrance that can damage the car's wheel or undercarriage if you don't see it (especially at night). Just be careful, since it is like a divider in the middle of the driveway. Dropping by around 2:20pm, it was not busy. 2 guys ahead of me, but I felt a little self conscious with my large to go order when a cute lady came in after me (after her gym workout?). Other than that, the interior is "cute" with elements perfect for that cute social media pict. There is floral arrangements from the ceiling for a pleasant ambiance and another cute spot perfect for the backdrop for an Instagram post. Ordering is available through the kiosk on the wall or cashier counter. Nice relaxing atmosphere/ambiance with tables and chairs, plus counter top with stools. Service is so-so and just a little bit more of a courteous demeanor at the cashier would be nice. Stopped by for something sweet after dinner. I got a Slushie with a few different flavors and my sister got a milkshake. They do not use fresh fruit though- so the Slushie tasted a bit artificial. First time coming here and very pleasantly surprise by the indoor decor and lots of menu items. They have lots of topping you can choose for their boba. We got the regular boba and custard pudding as a topping. Both were delicious! Also ordered their croffle (croissant dough in a waffle press) with powdered sugar and chocolate topping. The place itself is cute and the staff were nice, so no complaints there. I got the House Coffee...and asked for 25% sweeten. The "barista" said 25% would barely taste the coffee so I was confused. We come here very often with our golden doodle, we decided to come in tonight for a sweet treat and the girl refused service due to our dog I explained we've been here several times and it has never been an issue as he is well behaved and he is an ESA. Our friends came here as there was a coupon and it was a buy one get one free. They have quite a selection of toppings, which is really awesome and their drinks come with a really cute saying on top cover. Sweet Boba Co. is an okay boba tea spot. I ordered 2 jasmine milk teas - one with 50% sweet and the other with 70% sweetness. The odd thing was that with less sweetness also came less milk - which is strange. (typically a 50% sweetness would be the same amount of milk as a regular drink with less sweetness). The 50% sweet milk tea was mostly tea and still had a bitter flavor due to the lack of milk. The 70% sweet one was sweeter (as expected), but also was milkier. The boba was great texture wise, but lacked the sweetness and depth of flavor from my experience at other spots. If you get less sweetness, just a heads up to try it first then go to the barista to make additional changes. I would say this place does have nice staff and a variety of add-ons for drinks including jelly, pudding, etc. that you can see on display. read more

Kids wanted Thai tea and we tried the green Thai tea which was slightly different but surprisingly good as well. Boba shops are hard to have a wow factor as there are so many options and nothing stands out but this location definitely stands up to the name. They have a few snack options for purchase as well. I like the placement of this location. It sits on the intersection of Orangethorpe and Harbor and the ambiance of the place is really nice... modern music mixed with a nice floral aesthetic. The guy behind the counter was really cool about giving me suggestions and the overall experience was quick and easy. They have fries, waffles, and crème puffs, but I really only came in for my drinks, Earl Grey and Fruit Teas. I enjoyed them and I would probably comeback to try the food. read more

I really appreciated the care to maintain a great level of customer service so I took my parents here last night as a dessert treat for their anniversary. The new staff was very pleasant and friendly, and the drinks were delicious! I'm very happy to see the quality of the drinks and staff going back to what it used to be! The only thing keeping it from being five stars is that they were significantly slower than most places, but I would rather have a slow pace with the friendly customer service, than have drinks made quickly with an unpleasant staff As we were finishing our drinks, the place became extremely crowded (more than I have ever seen it) and I was so happy to see that! Be wary of their croiffles!! Their drinks and savory foods are good, but not their croiffles!! I wish I had taken a picture to showcase how deflated and soggy my caramel croiffle had been-especially for $7 (in this economy??) The attendees were very kind and the ambiance was clean/cozy. But unfortunately, they fell very short on food quality.
