Sliced Pork Ears with Hot & Spicy Seasoning / 麻辣耳絲 is spicy and delicious. Some of the best I've had in the US. Picked Cabbage / 泡菜 was ok, but more sweet & sour (white vinegar and sugar to cure it, I'm sure). The pork chop over rice - pork chop was good, but the rice with the braised pork sauce was just ok (and they're down to half a braised egg now instead of a whole). Overall still solid in my book.

Quantities are large and often you take home leftovers for tomorrow. The kitchen is very accommodating to vegetarians, or just don't eat some food like pork and those who want less spicy food. Great dishes - I go with several mostly adventurous eaters so here goes - Cumin Lamb, Dan Dan noodles, Beef and Tripe with Chili Sauce (true confession I love tripe), Hot and Sour soup, Hunan Fried Fish with Spicy Sauce, Hunan Whole Braised Fish and Sichuan Mapo and Sichuan Fried Fish. One absolutely wonderful dish is Eggs with Tomatoes, which is sort of street food in China, as well as in many other cultures. It's simple and delicious. I've taken to making it at home using a New York Times recipe. But don't think the "regular" dishes aren't prepared with the same care and aren't as tasty. They are. The setting is pleasant and they have several tables with Lazy Susans so you can swirl food around. Service is prompt and quick. And if you get a dinner, you get ice cream!

Didn't get a chance to try it out until yesterday and man, we were missing out. The yunnan rice noodle soups are so good, and different, from the more commonly found Asian noodles; ramen, udon, pho, etc. Not going to say that it's better than the others but it's absolutely fantastic that there's another option now when you just want a warm, comforting noodle soup. Especially since winter is coming. The setup is more akin to a food court than a restaurant so the small seating area is shared with Kam Man and all the tableware/utensils are plastic and disposable. There's a door to the outside basically right there though so unless you're seated to either side of it you get blasted w/cold air every time someone enters or exits. For my first visit I went with their "pickled pepper soup rice noodle w/beef stew" (A8) and it was very good. The soup was flavorful and the noodles were perfect; fresh & not mushy at all. And digging through the bowl was like going on a treasure hunt for lil' yummy morsels: a quail egg here, some wood ear there, a random piece of thinly sliced ham, good stuff. However, for those of you w/nut allergies, they do add roasted peanuts to some of their dishes so you'll probably want to tell them to not add them to your food. The only minor neg with the dish was that the beef brisket was a tad tougher than I'd like. But if brisket isn't your thing, they also have the same dish but with "beef roll" (A7) which I found to be an odd translation for basically thinly sliced beef. I was so enamored w/this noodle soup that I brought my wife the very next day. I went with the same soup base but w/fish fillet (A9) this time and it was just as good as the first time. I will definitely have to come more often to try out their other offerings. I also noticed that they have rice based dishes as well in case you get tired of noodles. So anyway, I'll definitely be visiting a lot more and I really hope they stick around longer than the previous eateries at this location. And while it would be nice (if not really feasible) to get your food in 10 seconds as their name implies, so far their food has definitely been worth the wait.

There are plenty of uncommon choices to try that cover all types of palates. Noodles are also great if you're looking for a larger meal however I prefer to order several of the smaller dishes to share. Service is quick and efficient while prices are very reasonable. They also have a dry/frozen goods section if you're feeling ambitious and want to cook at home.

I told the manager and he went and replaced the entire platter and apologized. Stop Allowing people with children to Let the Kids go to the Food by themselves. Hold the Families Accountable for what the kids do. Place workers to look at the area with the food and control what happens by the food!!! Second, after being Charged for the Four of Us at the Holiday Rate, plus the added Service Charge, plus adding my Tip...the worker came over in front of Everyone to Ask for MORE Tip and would NOT Let it GO!!!!
