So far, I've tried the pandan, the brown sugar, and the sesame latte all iced w/ oat milk and they've all been a hit. The pandan is easily my fave, but if you're trying the brown sugar and don't love super sweet drinks I'd recommend adding an extra shot to balance it out. The drinks are consistently good and you can tell they really care about the quality. It's one of those spots you keep thinking about and end up going back to without even planning it. Customer service was solid and there's plenty of seating, which makes it a nice place to hang out or get some work done. Parking was also easy, which is always a win. Highly recommend checking this place out especially if you're a pandan lover like me!

When I picked up my drink, I said "thank you," and the barista didn't acknowledge me or even nod. Overall, the experience felt cold and unprofessional. I'd much rather make the drive to the Golden Hill location, where the service is noticeably better.

We've been coming here for years and this place has never disappointed! Open 24hrs / 7 days per week. They offer specialty breakfast bagel sandwiches as well (which are fire). Prices are reasonable! Service is always great! And the staff are super friendly and helpful! Shop is clean. And there's plenty of seating areas inside. The atmosphere is lively (especially in the wee morning hours). And tends to be calmer as the day progresses! Definitely check this place out!
