After reaching out to several cleaning companies in Austin, Ema's Housekeeping not only gave me the best quote but also had the best communication from the beginning. They arrived right on time and made the entire process very easy. Ralph handled the cleaning and did an incredible job. For just one cleaner, the amount of work he completed was impressive. He took the time to bag trash, organize items, and then do a full deep clean of the apartment. What stood out most was the attention to detail. You can tell they don't rush through the job just to finish quickly -- they actually take the time to do it right. The apartment looks and feels completely reset. Payment was also very simple through Zelle after the service was completed, which made everything convenient and stress-free. Overall this was a great experience and the best price I found in Austin after contacting multiple cleaning companies. If you need a deep clean or even regular maintenance cleaning, I would absolutely recommend Ema's Housekeeping. I will definitely be booking with them again.

We were selling our house so it was crucial to have the home cleaned on a particular day least likely to interfere with potential buyers. Maribel's Home Cleaning could accommodate the day, had a better price, and the team of three professionals did an amazing, thorough job every time. And they were FAST. The communication was good, though I was a bit surprised not to receive confirmation the night before or a message confirming when the maids had finished. That being said, they did an excellent job with the cleaning, and the price was extremely reasonable. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that I had requested carpet cleaning but wasn't informed of the additional cost upfront. It turned out to be $150, which was fine in the end, but it would have been helpful to know in advance. Despite that, I would absolutely use them again based on the quality of their work and their affordability.

My husband is very territorial over his garage and was having a hard time letting things go. However, Melissa won him over within 30 mins. I came home from work and was singing her praises. Her ability to understand the emotional connection to material items is one of her most valuable gifts! Lux Conscious Cleaning home cleaning left my house spotless--every surface was gleaming, and even the hard-to-reach areas were thoroughly cleaned. My walk-in closet has never looked better; she helped me organize everything in a way that maximized space and was esthetically pleasing. But the standout service was her over all home organizational skills, knowledge about the real estate market and staging homes. Melissa is patient, kind, and hardworking. If you find that you need more help than you anticipated, like I did, Lux Conscious Cleaning will bring in reinforcements. Melissa schedules just enough time where you don't get mentally and physically burnt out but, feel good your accomplishments. I cannot recommend Lux Conscious Cleaning enough, from start to finish, they were professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly efficient. Simply amazing! Five stars!!

Issues with service: They do not use cleaning products. They use your dish soap on your kitchen counter to clean your counters and bathrooms - zero antibacterial cleaners used. I tried working with their team four times, gave clear and respectful feedback, and the owner called to cancel 30 minutes before, denied providing poor service, and threatened a customer. The other team member is great, he was always professional, but it's a bad sign when the CEO/owner doesn't respect or acknowledge poor cleaning services and has an ego about their years of experience instead of remedying the situation. She only changed her mind on canceling the service when she found out I was going to leave this review after 6 minutes of gaslighting me. Unprofessional, poor cleaning, DO NOT USE.
