This place came highly recommended from our landscaping company and they had done some other work in the neighborhood. Andrés was able to come out quickly to give us a quote and then schedule work quickly to help us meet our deadline. He and his team were amazing throughout the whole process. They were always prompt, stayed as long as needed to complete the job and highly communicative along the way. In the end, we had them power wash the pool decking, outdoor fireplace and surrounding decking, driveway, clean all the windows inside and out, seal an area of the pool decking, stain the cabinets of the outdoor kitchen and clean, prep and stain a large deck! For the amount of work (that deck was a BIG task!), the quote was incredibly reasonable and the quality of work was impressive. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company and would highly recommend reaching out to them for a quote. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family!

The bid was well organized and fair. Once we accepted, they scheduled us quickly. It was a huge job, and so they sent a huge crew of people. They got around all over the inside and outside of our house with the only way into tell a few hours later that they'd been here, the fact that now all our windows plus the exteriors of our house, we're sparkling clean. Westlake Home must be very well managed, and surely they treat their people right, in order to have such a huge crew work with such precision and energy. It was a great experience and I'd hire them again for other things based on it. I learned they offer a painting service. I bet I'll be using Westlake for that next. I highly recommend!

I don't like posting negative reviews but I am still angry about the terrible service I received…read morefrom this company. I was searching for a window cleaning company to clean about 30 windows in my home. Casa Washa contacted me (I guess they saw that I was looking?) - they quoted a very good price (that should have been my red flag). The person that phoned me said that for the price, they would wash the interior and exterior windows including screens and sills. I agreed. I was told they were on their way and I saw the truck drive by and assumed they would turn around and come back. 20 minutes later nobody had come so I texted - he had been sitting in another driveway down the street - he had the wrong address but nobody ever called or messaged me. A young guy showed up (only one, apparently the other person was given the day off?!). He started inside and when I went to my bedroom upstairs was in there and had taken the DIRTY screens off and put them on my bed?!?! That was my first clue that something was off. The cleaning took a really long time because there was only one person cleaning and I had to leave before he was done (I tipped him and left him cleaning the outside) so I looked around after I got home and couldn't believe it. Below every single inside window and on the walls beside, were dirty water drops/stains - every single one. There were scratches on the wall. The beds had dust all over them because he had put dirty screens them and then they were never even cleaned?!? When they cleaned the exteriors, there were drips/streaks down all of them. The outside screen doors had been partly sprayed so were mostly dirty apart from the spray marks. None of the sills were cleaned. I also found a deep scratch in my new floors when he moved a lamp. I called and left a message about all the issues and I was told they would come back and redo the outside. I told them it wasn't necessary but she insisted. It took some time but someone came back a while later. I told her I would not be able to stay and she said they would take care of it. This time ended up being even worse - when I came home one of the door screens was just leaning against the house. The screens had not been recleaned and the sills had not been cleaned. The windows looked slightly better. At this point I was super angry (and still am). I called and left a message about what had happened and after I missed her return call, they never called back. I sent a message stating I wanted half of the money I had paid back because I was going to have the exterior redone and never heard back. It has been over a month, still nothing. I would have thought they would have tried to make good so I am writing this review. Do not have this company do your windows - the price may sound good but you will end up with dirty, streaky windows, dirty beds, damage to floors and screen doors. I learned my lesson, never again.
