I called earlier in the week explained to the lady that answers the phone I need to get in an to be seen. I need a filing filled. She told me Friday at 3pm. I arrived and she tells me my appointment was yesterday, Thursday at 3pm. I repeated to her when I made the appointment over the phone ok I'll see you Friday at 3, she said ok. I didn't receive a text message verifying my appointment and or a phone call to see if I was still coming on Thursday but she said Friday while booking the appointment. Sunday I am heading to the East coast, that's why it was important for me to get in today, she said Friday. They let me keep my head phones, told me everything they were doing before they did it, and always checked in with me to see how I was doing at each step. I have mixed feelings about this office. On one hand, the filling I got here was one of the quickest fillings I have ever had. The entire staff is warm and friendly. I got a wisdom tooth pulled here and it was a very quick and painless procedure. On the other hand, we had some major issues with them billing my insurance for x-rays and procedures that never occurred. It took a long time to sort it all out and they did give me the money me they owed back in the end. They were never nasty through the insurance headaches, but it was pretty messed up that they willingly admitted to billing the insurance for things they never did in the office. Even my insurance company said it sounded fishy. So, if you give this place a try, just be sure to double check the statements that come in the mail and make sure that they are billing your insurance for things that they actually did. read more

Dr. Grsihma Shah and her assistant, Myra, have taken care of me for two years. They are patient, kind and caring. These two ladies are the ENTIRE STAFF. You will not be passed from one person to another. Dr. Shah personally cleans your teeth. She also can make dentures which fit!!! And, of course, she can do all the other things...and she does them very well. My experience with Dr. Shah has been great....... She is adding an Oral Surgeon to her office. Spoke to a young women on phone that took down insurance information and said she would call me back in 30 minutes to set up the appointments. I waited approximately 2 hours and decided to return call to office because I had to get to class and didn't want to miss her phone call. A different women answered this time and I let her know I was awaiting a return call as a new client and didn't want to miss the call to set up the appointments. I obviously annoyed her calling back and she didn't bother trying to hide her annoyance. She let me know they have been extremely busy and will get to me when they can, she was so nasty that I asked her to not bother contacting me back. This is the best dentist I have found and will continue to go even with a 30 minute drive. Anything to avoid the teeth scraping most dentists do which not only wastes a lot of time but is just like fingernails on a chalkboard is a big plus for me. Dr. Shah uses a water treatment to remove plaque and it is efficient and painless. My teeth have never felt so clean. The staff was nice and the office clean; however, if you choose to go here, make sure you really look at your medical bill. After a consultation, I was told that I needed a crown (along with some additional services) and was quoted $600. I've had crowns before (with the same insurance) so knew that didn't sound right. I contacted my insurance and, after a 3 way call with the lady at the front desk, it was determined that she was trying to charge me a $200 "lab fee" that my insurance said was not a part of my plan. The staff person said she "always" charges that which I thought was odd. I was instantly turned off and did not trust the place so I went back to my old dentist (I was trying to find a place near my work). After meeting with my old dentist, he said that my tooth issue was MINOR and there's NO way he'd put a crown on it. I was in and out with just a filling and a $40 fee. read more
