It should be ZERO STAR. This dental company has offered a membership which covers 3 cleaning, X-ray and check up in the amount of $199.00. I just used 2 times, January and June. Then I called their office today to cancel the next appointment, but they they told me it is supposed to be 2 times only they made a mistake. I am not coming back because I found out that their system is like scamming the patients. Their system is like they will charge your credit card without any written terms and conditions for what you paid for, so that means they can change it for whatever reason for their own benefit. I realized that I had dealt with greedy dentist. I am so disappointed and frustrated. So I asked for a refund of the portion of the membership that I wont be using, but they would not refund it. The front desk said, we made a mistake it is supposed to be 2 times only. Be wary of this dentist, ask for a written terms and conditions for the service you paid for, otherwise, they can change because it's only verbal. They still owe me $66.24 of the unused service, but they would not refund it. It's ok for me but it's not ok for them because they lose a customer forever. I scheduled a new patient appointment for 1:00 PM, but I wasn't seen until nearly 1:50 PM. With four children in tow, we ended up spending almost three hours in the office. I understand that delays can happen, but the appointment felt disorganized from start to finish. Different staff members seemed to be stepping in and out, and the overall flow felt rushed and chaotic. My consultation with the dentist was also disappointing. I was told that I needed two root canals, which was unexpected since one tooth mentioned isn't even bothering me at all. When I expressed hesitation and asked about alternatives, I felt my concerns were dismissed. Rather than discussing monitoring the teeth, additional testing, or other options, the conversation became uncomfortable and left me feeling pressured. Because of the long wait, the disorganized experience, and the lack of collaborative discussion regarding treatment recommendations, I will be seeking a second opinion elsewhere before moving forward with any major dental work. read more

Be very careful if you choose to use this dentistry office. We all want dentists we can trust but this is not an office you can trust. I was recommended to have two crowns due to cracked teeth within a year. I replaced one, but the other, I got a second opinion. No cracks. I had a tooth removed by a so called specialist. After a second round of antibiotics and several days of pain it started to heal. After the stitches came out there was a piece of my original tooth that was supposed to be removed still stuck in my gums. I had to go to another dentist to have it removed. This office has terrible after care services. Nobody cares. I asked to speak with the owner several times and until now I have not received a phone call. I did receive a letter asking me not to return to their office for future care like this is my fault! The front office manager said we treat our clients like family. REALLY!!! Typical response from the owner. After care service was horrible. Your specialist just did not care. Would not return phone calls. Not professional at all. Besides the fact that he did not remove the entire tooth, leaving a piece that another dentist had to remove Please do not say you have high standards. I've been a patient at Artistic Smiles for over 20 years. They have maintained exceptional excellence over the years. Since Day One I've said they are the best ever. Dr. C, Dr. Kim and Dr. Koo are competent, up-to-date (in technology and education) and extremely competent in providing expert and beautiful work. Julio is my #1 choice for dental cleaning. He's the best. I've had a lot of work done over the years - regular checks, cleanings, crowns, braces, veneers and I'll probably need an implant on the tooth I just broke! I don't know about the implant because I don't see Dr. Koo until tomorrow (I broke it tonight at 5:00pm, called aright away and got an appointment for tomorrow - they are available - don't have to wait weeks for an appointment). But if he recommends it - I'll have it done here. No where else. I have 100% confidence in their work. I have 100% satisfaction in their patient treatment (comforting, humor, educational, available). I came to this dentist office to repair my cracked tooth. I told them I was retired and on a fixed income and did not have much money. After examination Dr. Li told me that I need to have two teeth removed and replaced for a price of $8,000.00. I asked him is there was some kind product like cement that was malleable and then harden. He laughed at me and said there is not. Three days later I am watching YouTube shorts and I see a video of the exact product I was asking Dr. Li about at Amazon for $29.00. Needless to say I ordered it. I just want to leave this review based on my personal experience. I just want to start off by saying that the staff including the assistance and the front office people like Maria were incredibly nice. I went in for an emergency visit on a Sunday and they were able to get me in unfortunately I did have to wait almost 2 hours to be seen but the girls (assistants) were really great about checking in on me making sure I was OK. My problem is with the dentist I saw that day, so I had originally had feelings done with a previous dentist, and was having an incredible amount of pain. One of the assistant had suggested a bite test, and had mentioned that my bike was off, and I could feel my bike being off, but when the dentist came in, she maybe took one. Look in my mouth, and the x-rays, and basically said there's really nothing I can do for you. She gave me a prescription for Motrin. And what really shocked. me is that she said if the pain isn't managed with Motrin. She could give me a prescription for amoxicillin which is an antibiotic and I asked her if she thought I had an infection. She said no. But the antibiotic will help with the pain. And clearly that doesn't make any sense. Another thing that really bothered me, is that when the assistant asked her per my request. If she could fix my bite to see if that would alleviate the pain. She said no. She wanted me to go back to my regular dentist because she didn't want to be liable for something happening to the fillings. She didn't want to touch another dentist Work So I basically spent $75 to sit and wait for two hours to be told to go home and continue to be in pain with the prescription for the medication that I was already taking that wasn't helping. I had given all this information when I called and I feel like I would've saved myself some time and money. If this information would've been given to me over the phone as they were able to do. Nothing for ME. read more

My husband and I have been patients here a little over a year, and we have been very happy with the service we've received. It's super easy to get an appointment and they are open late as well as on weekends which is great. I've also never had to wait more than 10 minutes after checking-in to be taken back, and I'm usually in-and-out in about an hour. The dentists themselves are good and have done several fillings for us without any problems. They will take the time to show you your x-rays and photos of your teeth, and explain what's going on and how you can fix it. The front office staff and dental hygienists are all very friendly and helpful too. I've never felt like anyone has tried to up-sell me or pressure me into procedures that are unnecessary.
