I bring my children here as well, and we've consistently received excellent care--whether it's for routine cleanings or emergency visits. Really bad experience in this place. My husband got a crown 1 year and a half ago and did a terrible work on him. He kept having pain and discomfort, feeling that food kept getting trapped so we changed dentist and they found out that the crown poorly installed and caused cavities. read more

I've been coming here for over two years now for my semi annual dental cleanings. Great service from beginning to end. Prior to arrival, they check that your insurance will cover your services so that there won't be any unexpected out of pocket expenses. In my recent visit they were able to schedule me in same day on a last minute request. I didn't wait long in the lobby for my appointment and was promptly called in. They took my X-rays thoroughly and gave me a fresh dental clean. I've already scheduled for my next six month appointment. read more

Very poor customer service. The front office cannot give time frames for when insurance verification will be completed besides "when we get to it" Spoken to rudely and just overall poor experience. Also experienced extremely long wait times at my last visit despite showing up in time for my appointment. There was no apologetic attitude from anyone in the office. read more

I scheduled an appointment here during my lunch break, and they offered a time slot for the next day! I was seen in less than an hour and got the referral I needed. Everyone was super polite and informative, and a special shout out to Marcella who introduced herself as a coordinator, she was so helpful in making sure I knew exactly how to move forward in my dental care, and ran out after me when I forgot my water bottle!! This customer service was unparalleled for a dental facility, I can tell each employee here is genuinely concerned with the well-being of their clientele. I had given this office some pretty harsh reviews and although it is how I feel and true to my experience, I feel I should give a review with more context. I had come to this office with a chipped tooth. No pain just a chip. The dentist suggests a crown which I immediately agreed to pay and continued with the service. Weeks later when all work was completed, my tooth remained sensitive and in pain. This was not a cheap service, it was somewhere in the realm of a thousand dollars out of my pocket even with insurance. I complained about it, got referrals and the only answer I was getting was to now get a root canal in crown I just got. This triggered me more than anything I've experienced in a long time. I am in daily pain since I got my crown done here. Everyday I am reminded of my experience here as my mouth continued to throb throughout the day. All I thought about was how horrible it was that I trusted my teeth with this dentist. I'm not kidding when I say everyday I wished karma would come through for me. This is still true today, almost 2 years since the original encounter and now experiencing an abscess in that same tooth, I still haven't buried the hatchet just yet but I am looking forward to resolving the original issue from 2 years ago soon. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna ask them to pull the tooth to end this nightmare of an experience and move on with my life. I guess I just don't understand how someone can mess a job up, and offer you to pay for another service to fix the original issue. My children and I visited Preferred Dental Care and had a great experience. I loved how good they were with my children. We had a second appointment six months later in which my husband forgot to schedule the next appointment. I too forgot and when I called back today to schedule the next check-up, I was told I would have to go onto a waiting list because there were no appointments. It is very disappointing that we finally found a dental office we like, but they are not able to schedule us in for an appointment. read more

The dentist and hygienist appear to be ok, but be careful of the billing department. They charged my husbands credit card because they didn't look into his insurance correctly, but instead of reimbursing the credit card - they said they will wait for the insurance money and reimburse the card after they get paid. I don't get great dental insurance from work (I have a DHMO through United Concordia); however, I read many reviews of the offices that accept it; and, hands down, this is the best office for anyone near Orange to go. read more
