After checking out several other shops, I stumbled upon Sunglass Plus. They have the largest selection of sunglasses for men by a long shot. Easily 250+. They carry every Luxotica brand you can think of. Eventually I settled on a pair of Mosley Tribes Aviators, and had them made with my prescription. The total came in under $300, which is very reasonable for polarized prescription sunglasses. Will definitely use them again for my next pair! read more

So I drove all the way to this shop which is close to Newport (I live in Anaheim) because he was rated really high and I had a pair of sunglasses that were very bent (plastic frames, bent from being sat on). I'm a student and have very little money so I needed to get these fixed rather than spending money on new ones for now. Not only did he fix them for me but he did it for free. I called Sunglass Plus about 2 hours before an outdoor wedding frantic as my sunglasses were offset and most sunglass shops will not repair your glasses if you did not buy them from them. Hamid told me to come in anyway when I called him. When I came in, Hamid repaired my glasses in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. Great customer experience, will definitely be back!!! read more

Ok this place was horrible ! I dropped my glasses off for a repair and they had told me it would take three days! It not only took one month later but I had received no phone calls no updates on them and they are very unprofessional and rude ! Do not go to this place for repairs ! read more

Kind of a mixed review, and here it goes. I have a pair of Prada sunglasses that over time their lens became scratched. I was recommended to this place. I went in and asked if they could fix, and I was given 2 options. Option 1: they would purchase the lens from Prada at $90. Option 2: they would cut lens for $90. I thought to myself, if it's the same price, why not get the Prada lens? Kina like a authentic vs knock off situation in my opinion. Left me lens, and a couple days later I got a voicemail, saying that Prada no longer made that lens. So now my options were have the lens cut or they could take the Prada lens from another set of sunglasses ( which they were getting ready to ship out or get rid of she mentioned) they had BUT that option would cost me more, $130. ( which I'm not totally sure why that option cost more). But that they wanted me to call them back so they knew what option I wanted. I thought about it and just figured I would look somewhere else, but I forgot to call her back and inform her of my decision. I called a couple days later to let them know I would just be swinging by to pick up my sunglasses, but that when she informed me that they had gone ahead and cut my lenses and they were ready to picked up. The sunglasses turned out great, but I'm just really bummed that about the price, and that they went ahead and did they service without ever receiving my confirmation. This sunglass place is more than just a walk up store. Mr. Hamid is generous with his patience, time & knowledge. Allowing us several opportunities to step outside to check the lens on each sunglass and no pressure to buy. We only stopped in to have sunglasses adjusted (after I drove over them in my car). This store gets it. They have a huge selection, are very reasonably priced, they don't try and up-sell you, they genuinely seem to care about the customer, and they provide superb customer service. Recently I went in with a pair of glasses given to me as a gift. I was looking to get them adjusted so they would fit a little better. Since I hadn't purchased this particular pair of glasses there I fully expected to pay for the adjustment service. Instead they did it for FREE. And with a smile. Told me to come back again if I needed further adjustment. I tried to pay but they wouldn't have it. A couple days later I was in need of a new case for my prescription glasses and of course brought my business straight to them.
