That's outrageous. I also tried to have them just put new lenses (which would have been fully covered) in my glasses from two years ago and the associate told me they don't make my frame anymore. When I went home, not only did I find them on the Lens Crafters website, but called Cherry Creek and they carry them in the store. Really disappointed since I do love their selection. This will be my try on place, but not my purchase place moving forward.

When bringing the glasses back within 24hrs of the sale with a receipt I was refused a refund or exchange. Worst customer service I have ever had and the fact that they would sell scratched lenses in the first place is bullshit. Seems like a good way to make sure that they keep all their products sold. The brand is absolute shit as well I wanted to give them one more chance but now they lost my business forever.
