This is my eyes my healthcare and I know my family eyecare health history so I had concerns. Not only that but the prescription was wrong. But she was so rude. I didn't even wanna go back to her. I should've called and got a different doctor to have a recheck. When I did ask her about possibility of a recheck, she was very harsh and annoyed with me. I will not go back to see her My fault but I've been living with glasses that have not quite the correct distance prescription so they're no good for when watching TV no matter where I placed the frame on my face up and down my nose to try to adjust

She made helpful recommendations in sunglass frames, hubby's first time actually buying prescription Oakley sunglasses not just regular progressive/photo grey glasses. We did run into an issue when it came time to pay, the computer was having issues & was unable to accept the credit card payment. The manager (I think his name was John) tried to assist but the issue was unresolved. We left with reassurance that we would not be overcharged & that everything would be ok. The next morning the manager called to inform us the order had not gone completely through so we told him we'd check with the credit card company & get back with them. After a couple of calls everything was finally sorted out & taken care of. And through all the issues hubby received both new pairs of glasses in less than a week! Thank you Rachel, John & the entire LensCrafters team on making this an excellent experience!

After my original Yelp and Google reviews, Ashley contacted me to discuss everything that had happened. She invited me back to see a different doctor for a completely new eye exam. Whether or not she fully understood my experience, I truly appreciated that she took the time to listen and reach out. Today I had my appointment with Dr. Wynn, and all I can say is she was incredible. She gave me the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. She took the time to discuss my previous experience, listened carefully to my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. She actually built different lens combinations in the office for me to try, had me walk around, sit at a desk, read a computer screen, and read printed paperwork to make sure my prescription worked in real-life situations--not just in the exam chair. I was genuinely amazed by her level of care and attention to detail. After my exam, Ashley took care of reordering all three pairs of my glasses. Although I'll have to wait another couple of weeks for them to arrive, I finally feel optimistic that I'll be able to see comfortably. My original experience was extremely frustrating, and I stand by the concerns I had. However, I also believe great customer service is about how a company responds when something goes wrong. Ashley and Dr. Wynn took my concerns seriously, treated me with kindness and respect, and worked hard to make things right. I'm hopeful these new glasses will finally solve the problem, and I truly appreciate the effort they made.

I wanted to have an older pair of Ray-ban (2015?) frames have new lenses put in and the options were extremely limited. The process was also a bit confusing. The man who works here is incredibly nice, but he kept searching for certain polarizing lenses/colors and reading them out loud to me. And when I said "yes I like that one" he would go to select it and would say like "no, can't do that it's not available". Which I understand. But at the same time, I spent longer standing there and had to go thru all the options first before he even knew if they were available for this frame which was quite a disappointment. I had a special request to ship them to my home which he was more than happy to do (I paid extra for shipping) and it took a normal amount of time before they were ready. However he "mailed them to the wrong address". Not sure exactly what that meant. But in a couple days after I called to ask about where they were, they were delivered to me. I can only speculate if they were not shipped and he lied about it, or if he did ship them somewhere else but was able to retrieve them. Either way, it was not great. But I did get them in the end. So they were delayed and didn't get here in time for the birthday gift I was ordering. But again, I got them. All in all, it's an okay way to have your glasses repaired. But in truth, this experience was not great. And wasn't exactly cheap either. So I'm on the fence about recommending it to others.

My last pair of glasses from a year ago just don't fit right. I have to have them very high on my nose to see out of the progressive section for reading. When I was there this week, I asked if they could be adjusted and was told that probably the measurements were done wrong when I purchased the glasses from them, and there probably isn't an adjustment that can be made. She didn't even look at the glasses to try to help. Instead she wanted me to buy a new pair because I'd just seen the doctor--who did not think I necessarily needed to get new glasses because my prescription had changed very little.
