I'm most certainly do recommend this place…read more I originally came in looking for a pair of subscription Ray-Ban's because why not. When it comes to wanting better vision and cool sunglasses, I believe in having the best of both worlds Well, the customer service I received was so great and the prices were so reasonable. I took advantage of the special bogo 1/2 off. Jai went above and beyond with her patience, personability knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile. I found and tried on different pairs based on styles and preferences and at no point felt like I was being up sold any pair or rushed out the door. Small details like that matter because the last thing you want is there any kind of pressure to buy corrective vision lenses you don't absolutely love or won't improve your quality of life I was great. It instantly helped quickly and the place was well lit and clean. What else could you ask for? 10 out of 10 will come back for a future business

I ordered a pair of replacement glasses and was told they would be ready in two weeks. I went back…read moreafter two weeks and was told they would likely be available in 3-4 days and that they would call me when they came in. I didn't receive a call and so went back after four weeks. They weren't open during regular business hours. I spoke to customer service in the store and they left a note to call me. I received a call by the woman who I ordered the glasses from the following Monday saying they were looking into it. No further communication by the weekend and so I went back again after five weeks. The woman was having trouble even finding the order. She then started "fixing" the order as if she was going to start the process all over again. I asked for a refund. The woman started explaining that the person who took the order was incompetent with personal issues. She continued "fixing" the order. I stated that I just wanted the fucking refund. That set her off. She became hysterical. She started issuing directives attempting to regulate my speech. I started recording her then. She called her husband on the phone. She asked him to come down to the store to deal with me because I had used a curse word, not directed at her in any way, and was filming her. It continued to escalate. The optometrist came out of her office and tried to get the woman to stop escalating with her husband and mediate the situation. Store management arrived. They asked me not to film her and I reiterated my request for a refund. Once she finally started the refund process I stopped filming her. After quite a bit of discussion and many attempts, the manager was finally able to access the order and issue a refund. The woman who took my order was incompetent. The woman who I dealt with for the refund was incompetent, easily offended and authoritarian. Their ordering system likely has issues beyond the incompetence of the operators. Blaming the employee is not a solution to the problem. The problem is systemic. The optometrist was highly professional as were management.

You let me know that he does have some of the same frames that I'm seeing all buy for the cheap prices. When I walked in you remember my name from the telephone conversation we had. You showed me a few frames and that's a bunch of questions about classes I've never even been asked before. He's very attentive about finding me the correct pair of glasses that work for my face frame and desires. Bottom line here is the service was very good exceeded expectations as in my adulthood I've learned to have less than zero faith and anything related to medical and doctors. How someone treats you is one of the most important things when you're shopping for something like prescription lenses and frames.
