I was called to pick up my glasses.. about 2 months after purchasing them one frame broke and the other one lost the nose pad. I went back in and wanted to get them fixed.. the African American woman was so rude to me.. said we can't fix them u have to buy new glasses.. 2 months old u have got to be kidding me. Obviously there's no back up for their products so I suggest u go elsewhere.. I won't be going back.

Did not have time to tell them what was wrong with the rod, what I wanted done to it, how much it cost, when I should expect to get it back. I had to call later to get answers as the only thing I gave was my name/number and off they went. Other than that, the shop is fantastic and the pricing was average for the repair. Not the lowest in the area but they did great. I plan on coming back for lures, and if I come back for repairs, I know how they operate now.

Combined, I spent an hour and a half at their desk only to be told that they could not sell me the pair I ordered when it was sitting right there in front of us. When I asked the bass pro store manager (the sunglass store is inside of bass pro) to make it right, she totally disavowed the Sunglass Outfitters shop, even though they are all bass pro employees. Only shop here if you don't plan on needing any customer service

I completed a 52 question text message questionnaire. Then was told they didn't receive it. I truly felt like they did not want to have me as a patient. They cater to children and it is readily apparent they do not want adults as patients. They are the most inconsiderate business I have encountered in a long time. If you are an adult, STAY AWAY!

I have been visiting this part of Florida for almost 20 years, but I only recently started quilting. I can't believe this store has been under my nose this whole time.
