I used to shop quite often at the goodwill. The prices today are too high. I can get new items at Walmart cheaper than used items at Goodwill. For example. I have a butter dish that I purchased at the Dollar store for $1.25. The identical item was $3.99 at Goodwill. The store most convenient for me is on Malabar Rd. in Palm Bay. It is the worst of all Goodwill stores. The store seems not that clean and completely disorganized. It looks like they just throw the stuff onto the shelves. I would still like to shop at Goodwill, but not at those prices. read more

I used to love going to Good Will but each time I go the prices are higher and I leave empty handed. I used to spend hundreds a month on bargains and now I spend $0.00 - I know I'm not alone because I see the same stuff when I return. My last visit was mid January and all the holiday items were almost full retail prices. I couldn't see buying old holiday stuff at full price, fixing it and then storing it for 11 months. To give this Goodwill one star is quite generous. This is by far the worst Goodwill I've ever been to. The store has no dressing rooms. You either have to: (1) by any items you're interested in and hope they fit or return them within 7 days with tags; (2) try on in the bathroom next to other customers that are pooping, or (3) try on in the middle of the store. Goodwill as a whole has become, quite opposite to its name, a greedy organization. The drastic price increases on FREE and ENDLESS inventory should not be how this corporation fuels its expansion. Instead of passing this cost to customers, why not take it it out of the CEOs $500k salary. Also the removal of dressing rooms, in a careless knock to their customer dignity and experience, was clearly a measure to reduce theft and the staff required to clear them. This does not make sense for two reasons: 1) suppose someone is stealing your, again, FREE inventory, don't u think they probably are in need of good will? Shouldn't we encourage people to take the clothes they need to live with dignity or interview for jobs? 2) isn't another claim of goodwills value that they employ people in need of jobs... and they're trying to eliminate those jobs asap by removing dressing rooms...okay.... When you price items at or ABOVE retail value when we all know retail quality is not what it was in the 90s.... You are not giving me incentive to buy your plastic polyester clothes over the ones at fast fashion retailers. You also do not have knowledgeable staff who often price items far above their value just bc they recognize the brand. These items will head straight to the landfill bc you have failed to meet customers at the correct point of the demand curve. Goodwill is becoming a part of the wealth inequality and fast fashion machines and I will be making extra effort to shop from local charity stores in the future. Lots of selection, usually the children's section near me (GA) consists of a couple rows, here they have quite a few. This goes for the men's and women's section as well, but the men's area is not as large or diverse as the woman's. Lots of great quality shoes donated here, so there's about three or four large rows along with some rows on top of some of the women's and men's area. Staff is friendly and patient with pushy customers that are ready to fly through the new items rolling out from the back. Would have stayed here all day if I could have. Any thrifter would like this place, stop if you have time. Lots of potential treasures to be found here! read more

Great selection of clothes but they recently took dressing rooms away. (Apparently all of the central fl goodwills are going this way.) Aside from having no dressing rooms, there are only TWO MIRRORS. At least put many mirrors up so people can look at clothing properly. Prices have also gone up A LOT. Unfortunate that these corporations are becoming so greedy. These are all donated items. read more

I come here frequently as they have a good selection and a clean facility. Today however they earned 5 stars from me. I went it to browse and realized while shopping I lost my sunglasses. I was unsure if I had left them in the car or if I dropped them while shopping without realizing. I finished my shopping, went up to the front and asked if they had found any. The lady at the cash register said yes that an employee had turned them in a couple minutes ago. They are a nice pair of sunglasses I was given as a gift and would have been very upset if they said they didn't find anything. The honesty of their employees is greatly appreciated and will keep me coming back. read more

This is a newer location and fair size also. Usually very crowed in this area. They do have a fast drop off center on the side and around back. I was able to drop off a bunch of my Ex Wifes stuff in under 5 minutes and get a receipt for taxes. You would think if she cared about the stuff after 2 months of asking her to pick it up, she would have make time already. Its sad to say, but I can't keep holding on to this stuff and the dream that she will come back. The Goodwill drop off center was happy to help me start the healing process by removing these bad memory's. read more

Terrible customer service....Donated probably $500 worth of girls clothing and jackets...one employee was very helpful another gentleman walked out and scolded me saying "for future reference help unload your car." Which I did help unload the car. Well for future reference I will never donate to Goodwill again!!!! read more

Newer Goodwill store on the outside but you wouldn't know upon entering the store. Very disorganized and messy. As a professional thrifter, there was no interest in shoes, handbags and women's clothing. In men's I found a Columbia shirt and a pair of Levi's. The Cd's section is decent but not much else. read more

New location is very busy. not enough check outs open. I purchase my books at Goodwills. Prices are going up for things that are simply not worth the asking price. I don't shop at the Goodwills as much as i used to. Miss how the Goodwills used to be more helpful and affordable. read more

Visiting Melbourne for few days and realized it was right behind my hotel. Loved this store! I spent 2 hours in there and thought it was very neat, clean and organized. Not sure why it got some bad reviews but maybe new management. Go there, you won't regret it. read more

It's a decent sized goodwill. There's so much to see! Some really cool stuff to find here. I feel like I could get lost and spend my entire day here going through all these treasures. As I am leaving, the lady who checked me out was super nice and super helpful. I'll definitely be back!! read more
