I saw this place and felt, this was it. I ran inside to ask if they took donations and they said yes and to drive along the side of the building. I pulled up my SUV and asked if I could be alone while I did this and the sweet lady hugged me and said yes. I didn't hesitate and felt at ease with this thrift shop and prayed that all her beautiful clothes and shoes would bless the right people and that they too would look lovely in them. I will never go back to this thrift anytime soon for it was for a purpose. However, GO! They had some great things and prices at affordable prices. Godspeed!

Their mission is to provide food, clothing, rent, utilities, medication, gas, and tuition to their school to anyone in need in the Melbourne area. They operate a large food pantry next to the thrift store. I stopped by to check out this thrift store during a recent trip to Melbourne. Parking is tough and I had to wait a few minutes for a spot to open up. It was well worth the wait because the store is quite large and neatly organized. Ascension Catholic Thrift sells gently used furniture, collectibles, clothes, bikes, shoes, accessories, books, movies, records, home goods, games, toys, art, small appliances, and more. Christmas was half off and they had ornaments for only $1. They had a number of televisions plugged in and operating which I don't usually see at thrift stores. Prices were more than fair, selection was vast, and the volunteers were friendly and helpful. In addition to the support they provide the community they are also keeping items out of the landfill and offering discounted items to people who might not be able to otherwise afford them. This worthy organization is a great place to donate, shop, and volunteer your time to.

When I went to get the ticket I noticed it was now $200, they wouldn't budge at all even thought I showed them this photo and explained. The female manager on duty would not do anything. It was a to bad so sad for you situation. Was told that if I want it now it's the full $200. Wow and you call yourself a Christian thrift store. Nothing Christian in that at all. There's a kids room, toy room, shoe room, dish room and women's clothing room. In the backside of the building you can find bikes and outdoor toys. There is also a shed type building with men's clothing. Honestly it sounds a little strange compared to other thrift stores but I absolutely loved it. It reminds me of thrift stores when I was a child. Every single inch of this store is perfectly clean and organized and the staff is so friendly. The prices are very fair and they seem to have special sales on the screen as you enter. The day I came pants and athletic wear were 50% off and the green tagged items were also 50% off. This was such a incredible deal. For the clothes selection everything was nearly designer or very new quality. For even more bargains they have a clearance center next door!! The prices remind me of how thrift stores use to be. None of the crazy up-charging. You can easily find yourself here for hours. I ended up buying a little bit of everything. If I was a much younger man just starting out in life and had to rebuild from ground up, than I would be shopping at thrift stores like Molly Mutt all the time. They have just about everything you need at a very affordable price. They have tons clothing and shoes; a variety of appliances, cooking utensils, and silverware; electronics, DVD's, CD's, VHS; hair care items such as irons, curlers, hair dryers; loads of books, trinkets, holiday decorations, knick knacks, and so much more. The one thing they do not have is a restroom for customers, so this cut our time here short. Alternatively, they do have a changing room so you can try on before you buy, unlike many thrift stores we have been to in the last few days. Today, I purchased a music book for piano filled with Christmas songs. The book looks like it has never been opened and is in like new condition inside and out, minus the rusted staples in the binding. I only paid .58 cents which is a huge bargain when comparing to my last few music book purchases at other thrift stores over the last couple days. All in all, it was a great stop and worth the visit, just know that there is no public restroom available so take care of business before you arrive.

The Daily Thrift has multiple rooms packed floor to ceiling with treasures. Everything over $1 was 50 percent off when I visited. They sell bags, home goods, collectibles, shoes, small appliances, clothes, jewelry, art, and tons of other things. They had a whole hallway of cool vintage toys. Some of the more unusual things I spotted were a suit of Spanish armor and all of the medals a marathoner won in his many races. I ended up spotting an entire shelf of the Royal Rose pattern of my grandmothers China that I inherited so the friendly owner and I made a deal and I took two boxes home. Someday soon I will be able to throw a dinner party for 100. I was sorely tempted to take home a few other things but I don't think I have the room to display them the way they deserve. They have helped 29 million people be able to afford safe shelter. In 1991 Habitat for Humanity launched the concept of the ReStore in Winnipeg, Canada. In 1992 the first Habitat for Humanity restore opened in the U.S. in Austin Texas. The ReStores accept donations from the community and home improvement stores and then resells the items to the public at a discounted price. The profit from the ReStore supports the local Habitat for Humanity affiliate. This store in Palm Bay is part of the Space Coast Habitat for Humanity. They have helped 575 families in 37 years and they are designated as a Veteran Build affiliate serving the veterans in the community. They support programs for home ownership and home preservation through zero-interest mortgages, volunteer labor, and community support. I love supporting Habitat for Humanity and stop in the thrift stores whenever I can. This store was large and clean with a mixture of new and gently used items. They had furniture, home goods, home improvement items, and more. My favorite find was a vintage Capodimonte porcelain mirror vanity with perfume bottle. She is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help customers. Since it is 45 minutes away from home, I will call on the phone and sometimes she will go check to see if they have a particular item which is not required it's more of a self-service store unless you need help loading your car. I have been shopping there over the last six years, recent management has really cleaned up the place nicely, things are more organized. My only dissatisfaction at this point is the prices have skyrocketed which there is no excuse for right now the rest of the world is experiencing higher retail prices because of higher fuel prices and lack of people willing to work.
