I called on July 30, I was told the lenses have arrived but "somebody" has to cut it and it should be ready on Thursday, that would be July 31st. I called August 1st, now I was told they had to send it back because one of the lenses has scratches. So I have to wait again for another who knows 2 more weeks. I am very disappointed with the service, this is my first time and I will never return to this place. GO SOMEWHERE not LensCrafters - away from this place.
