I brought it to Costco and they tested it and it's completely off. I won't be bringing the pair back to this store on Adams in Huntington Beach and I would stay away from it, if I was you. I received a customer service feedback email from the company and I gave it a one star everywhere. This person has no business being customer facing. She needs to work by herself and not talk to anybody. This was just over two months ago because she didn't help me now I have to go to another store to get it corrected. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!…read more STAY AWAY Its been 6 weeks i still cant see. They did the eye test. 2 weeks later the glasses come in. Put them on and its like looking through a fish bowl. The temple is loose. Its not the screw loose, its the hinge thats molded into the plastic thats loose. Made with a defect. They remake the glasses. 2 weeks later they come in. Now i see double The temple is still loose. They didnt replace the frames They do another eye test and the doctor says they must have written the numbers down wrong the first time. Make another set of glasses. A week and a half later they come in. The prescription is mostly good. The hinge on the temple is still bad!!! The lenses have numbers and letters and circles stamped into them. Not along the edge, in the center that you look through. So you constantly see something like a smudge. They said they are always like that because of the progressive lenses. Which is complete BS. I have progressive lenses from americas best, oakley, lens crafters, & kaiser permante and none of them have anything on the lenses. 2 pairs of glasses and every lense has numbers and letters and dots stamped in the lenses I take them back to return them and they will only refund me about 70% of what i paid. I told them ill just chargeback the discover card. And she was like ok then. Then she started typing as fast as her fat little fingers could to issue the partial refund while i was on the phone with discover card. She managed to get that through before i got to talk to a person on the phone instead of the automated bs you have to deal with. Now its all frozen and i have to call back in a couple of days. They claim i have to pay for the FREE EYE EXAM that they did incorrectly, that i cannnot use, and dont even have a copy of. You are the idiots that messed it up, not me. You are the idiots that are too cheap to replace the frame you supplied that is a factory defect. And you are the liars that tell the customer numbers & letters stamped into the lenses is how they all are. And maybe hire people with people skills that arent all im better than you attitude. The lady that originally helped me was very friendly and helpful. I dont know her name. Thank you for the great service. Maybe your associates can learn from you. On a Sunday in the afternoon my boyfriend and I entered the store looking to get him a new phone…read moreand plan. We were met by Jackie who told us she was the sole employee for the day. After about 2 mins of speaking to her and explaining why we were there, she completely dropped her professionalism, and began asking us personal questions about our relationship that became more and more invasive as time went on. She asked us how we had met, how long we had been together, who had made the first move, how he had "gotten me," were we living together etc. We politely engaged with these questions slightly to keep things friendly, she was after all helping us with getting him a new phone. At one point, my boyfriend told me later, that when I had gone to the bathroom she asked him "aren't you afraid to move in with her?" Additionally, at several points during our time there, she began switching to speak to him only in Spanish, excluding me from the conversation, despite the fact that he speaks perfect English, and the entire conversation from the beginning had been in English. We also observed several other unprofessional behaviors. Jackie openly complained about other customers after they left the store and, during phone calls with her supervisor, told us that he was drinking and that we should excuse him if he sounded drunk. In addition to all of this strange and unprofessional behavior, she didn't actually fully explain to us why my boyfriend's old phone was not being traded in for a credit. We both left confused, as we had been fully convinced we would be trading in his old phone for a credit off of our total charges. She was much more interested in steering the conversation toward our relationship and personal lives than in explaining to us all of the aspects of his new phone and new plan, and we left confused and uncomfortable about the entire experience.

As I was approaching the door, the owner (then I learned - his name's Mike) was locking the door, and I was expecting the usual shoulder shrug, like sorry, we're closed. I was trying to fix my glasses that had the little screw lost, hence the glass was constantly falling out (what a pain!) from one side. And I never get a chance to get off work early enough to find a store that's open to help me fix that. So I was pleasantly surprised that Mike opened the door and invited me in. I told him that I wasn't planning on buying anything, just needed a small fix, so I felt bad to bother him from going home on time. Mike told me not to worry and get in. He took my glasses, put in a brand new screw and fixed the other side as well, plus did the frame adjustment. The frame was horrible due to multiple falls and "sit ons" that it experienced over its lifetime. So I was ready to pull out at least a $50 for service. And to my surprise, he wouldn't take a dollar. Well, I told him, I do need another eye exam soon and the new pair of glasses, so he promised to match pricing even though I was always shopping for eyewear at Walmart before. Overall a very rare these days experience of good ol' local comradery. Just like it used be. This is now my new one stop shop for eyewear, no doubt! Will recommend to everyone I know!
