He blankly stared at me and just assumed I'd read his mind. He stated they had received no orders but his own. He then sent me upstairs to customer service because he didn't know there was another sunglass hut inside the actual mall? After figuring it outside myself I walked over and was greeted by JAIME, the sweetest most helpful person! Got my order and went on my way. It was a shame I had to go through 3 people before being helped.

Glasses were brand new and it original packaging, and refused to to return even though receipt says in store returns accepted. They treated me like I stole the glasses and was some common thug. So rude! I honestly can't tell you how disgusting it was. It gets better, my glasses were on n original packaging and everything, but they confined to look at them like I swiped them off the shelf. Oh, I'm sorry, so thrives steal sunglasses with the box, case, and receipt of purchase. DISGUSTING the way they treated me. After a short wait the doctor came in smiling, introduced herself, and reviewed my history and symptoms before beginning the exam. She explained every step clearly and compassionately, even apologizing before using a bright light in my painful eyes. Dr. Alaina Lavine went above and beyond. Her calm confidence and clear explanations immediately eased my fear, and her gentle bedside manner made a painful situation bearable. I am deeply thankful for the time she took to listen, the care she showed while diagnosing bilateral corneal ulcers, and the thorough treatment plan she prescribed. Her follow-up scheduling and genuine concern for my recovery reassured me that I was in the best hands. I can't express enough gratitude for her expertise and kindness. She prescribed medicated drops and scheduled a follow-up for Monday (I was seen on a Friday). The combination of Dr. Lavine's exceptional care and the attentive team convinced me I've found my new eye doctor. Though, this may not be true, but I felt a lot of the "clearance" stores I went to, were not truly clearance, but hiked up prices with fake discounts to make it feel like it's clearance.

Parking in the garage is an ADA nightmare for a wheelchair user…read more First is NOT about any store, but the parking structure and infrastructure of the outlet. First, the parking garage has several elevator banks with total of six elevators. One full bank in inoperative, two elevators that went to the walkway, where the only way to ground level is escalators, and the UP escalator was broken, and one elevator that went inoperative while at the outlet store. As a wheelchair patron, I had to go several places just as work around to get to the car to the stores. This is unacceptable, driving a trying to dodge traffic and going extremely out of the way to get from the garage to the stores is difficult for a wheelchair patrons! The extra star is ONLY because for the excellent customer service received from the employees of the stores!

They welcomed us into the office with all smiling faces. The practice is beautifully designed with nice frame selections. There's a nice seating area and a great team to help with frame selects! I would highly Dr Lisa Duong for your eye exam. She is super nice and knowledgeable :) Would definitely recommend booking your eye exams here!
