They were closing had a quick trip so I wasn't able to get back before this week, but my Life would have it that I was working in the area so it worked out just fine.. had a pair of sunglasses that last year got knocked off the counter unbeknown to me. They were so classic. They still had a glass lens versus plastic and needed a specialty optician to assist me. Jerry was working, looked at them and immediately,knew CC how he could help?. he told me he could have them ready in 2 1/2 hours. Mind you I have held them in my eyeglass holder at my in my car for over one year.. The price was within normal limits. The customer service was excellent historically we have given them five stars again I give them five stars thank you Jerry and J. Crimi eyewear boutique. And a sidenote, I needed a screw for some other work eyewear and these are also specialty and although they could not assist me with those it wasn't because they didn't try. The staff was friendly and guided me patiently through the paperwork and process. What really stood out to me, however, was the the young optometrist Dr. Justin Hart. I have been to many eye doctors and none have ever taken the time to really examine and address all of the concerns I had with my vision, let alone explain them to me. I never once felt rushed, nor made to feel like an eye hypochondriac. At the end of the exam, I was given several options that would provide long term improvements to my vision and reduction in eye strain. All of the staff came across as extremely patient and the level of care I received was more than I would have ever expected. The bar has been raised.

She explained every step clearly and compassionately, even apologizing before using a bright light in my painful eyes. Dr. Alaina Lavine went above and beyond. Her calm confidence and clear explanations immediately eased my fear, and her gentle bedside manner made a painful situation bearable. I am deeply thankful for the time she took to listen, the care she showed while diagnosing bilateral corneal ulcers, and the thorough treatment plan she prescribed. Her follow-up scheduling and genuine concern for my recovery reassured me that I was in the best hands. I can't express enough gratitude for her expertise and kindness. She prescribed medicated drops and scheduled a follow-up for Monday (I was seen on a Friday). The combination of Dr. Lavine's exceptional care and the attentive team convinced me I've found my new eye doctor. I had almost given up on wearing a pair of rimless glasses that kept hurting my nose despite multiple adjustments from several different optical places. After being referred to Custom Eyes, I stopped by and Emily (the manager) quickly figured out that the ear piece needed to be adjusted a certain way along with replacing the nose pads in order to prevent the pain and pressure happening to my nose bridge area. Best of all, there was no charge for the fix! Hours later and finding that wearing my glasses still doesn't hurt as bad as before, I feel like I should've paid them something for their time and fixing what nobody else had been able to until now. The other staff are also very welcoming, and there is no sales pushiness. I highly recommend Custom Eyes for their exceptional customer service and technical know-how. My only minor issue would be their smallish parking lot because of all the other businesses in the same busy shopping center. I love visiting the district at Green Valley Ranch in the month of December…read more There's a huge Christmas tree, Christmas music playing with decorations throughout the whole property, which gives it a super festive holiday vibe that I love. On this visit there was something in the air. Everyone that we encountered from the staff at the several establishments we visited, to the fellow customers were friendly and had a great attitude and seemed to really be in the holiday spirit. We caught a movie at the regal theater located inside the casino. We ate dinner at Shake shack. Purchased some after dinner sweets at Sees candy and did a some shopping at Bath & body Works. It's a great property located in a nice part of town that offers several eateries, shops as well as the Green Valley Casino, of course.
