They're the perfect size for the shape of my face, but the only problem I had with them is that they sit too low on my cheeks. While doing some shopping at Galleria on my day off, I decided check out the Sunglass Hut kiosk located next to the food court to see if I could have them adjusted. A really friendly gentleman named Chuck greeted me as soon as I approached the kiosk counter and I explained to him my situation with my Ray-Ban sunglasses. He began adjusting my sunglasses right away with no hesitation! Each time he adjusted the sunglasses, he had me try it on to see if I liked the fit. He then explained to me that I'm able to get them adjusted as needed for life because of the satisfaction guarantee! Chuck made sure that my sunglasses fit exactly how I wanted them to fit and then proceeded to clean them as well before giving them back to me. I was extremely happy with the way they fit after Chuck had adjusted them! I felt well cared for during the whole process from the scheduling of appointment, reminders, checking-in, eye exams with knowledgable technicians, Doctor review of results, comparing frames/lenses with an expert, all the way until walking out of the store. Doctor Tiffany Nguyen answered everything I asked about my tests results and the changes in my prescription. Kate, the frames/lenses expert is knowledgable and explains things well. I appreciate her enthusiasm and insight of glasses. She went over the different options for my lenses by asking good questions about how I will use them.

On this visit there was something in the air. Everyone that we encountered from the staff at the several establishments we visited, to the fellow customers were friendly and had a great attitude and seemed to really be in the holiday spirit. We caught a movie at the regal theater located inside the casino. We ate dinner at Shake shack. Purchased some after dinner sweets at Sees candy and did a some shopping at Bath & body Works. It's a great property located in a nice part of town that offers several eateries, shops as well as the Green Valley Casino, of course.
