We love checking out Ross wherever we go. We found a couple items we wanted here. Store was fairly clean/organized. Price is (almost) always amazing at Ross. Cashier was friendly. read more

Hubby found something good. So he was happy that we stopped to take a look. Clothing was so-so. Shoes were better. I didn't find anything. I also checked the food aisle. Nothing. But this chain store is Hit or Miss. It never hurts to check stores out if you are in the area. Not on this side of town often. read more

One thing about it I'm going to find my way to Ross. This particular location is not the best in town, but it gets the job done. I have to say for my last minute needs or gifts this location will have something for me always. My favorite area is the shoes because they usually have a good variety to choose from. Funny story... during my last visit my friend and I were joking about the store hiring due to the long line and lack of support on the registers. While making our way to the register to complete our purchase we were greeted by the manager Alicia. She was super cool. She overheard us so we were kinda embarrassed but to my surprise she laughed right along with us & her and the other gal( newbie, I think her name is javoni) got that line moving pretty quickly. Overall, this is a solid location for clothing & goods and the people are chill. Ross will always be Ross but my place to find what I need, complain about the line and leave like nothing happened. read more

You're gonna love this place. I'm not familiar with all the brands they carry. But actually, that means nothing. There are new products emerging daily and I don't shop like I used to. Just know they carry many of the greats often at lower prices. As always, be a smart shopper. Some prices are higher than you or I should pay. Hold them in check and do not pay it. The ladies are terrific. In our six visits they've been overly friendly and fairly knowledgeable. That's a challenge in this store. Soooo many options on soooo many items. The store is very clean, even the restrooms. There's no language barrier. Since Ross likes strip malls, parking is usually a snap! 04/24 read more

Customer service was great. Long line but was out of the store within minutes. Found everything I went in there for.

I'm not really a Ross shopper, in fact I may have been in a Ross maybe a handful of times throughout my life, but we came in because my husband was looking for something specific and he knew he could get it here (he was an avid Ross shopper with his family when we was young.) Walking in, my anxiety definitely spiked. There was a line to the registers that lead out all the way past the front doors (took us about 20 min to reach the register.) I understand it's the holiday season and I will chalk it up to that but wow I wasn't ready for that. Also, the store is frenetic. There is stuff everywhere. I asked my husband if this is how it normally is, or is this how the holidays look and he told me it's always like this. You have to dig for what you want, like a treasure hunt. There is a lot of stuff and a lot of stuff to choose from. We were lucky enough to dig out exactly what he needed and I can't be mad at that. The pricing in here is really reasonable and I can see why people would find it beneficial to do the hunt. There seems to be a large selection of certain things but then that one special thing you really, really want. Good times. read more

Poor selection, overcrowded aisles and service employees that stand around while people wait in line to check out

sometimes you can find some good deals in here, but the story was a lot of cleanup. Must be employees. Don't know where anything is, but some of them are very helpful. It just depends on the day and who's there read more

We live in Las Vegas where it's 112° outside and they make us leave our drinks in the car so drinks are not only warm but hot when you return to car. Why not charge a person who damages something with their drinks as opposed to punishing responsible people who were just trying to stay hydrated. Security was also passive aggressive when saying "our drinks will be hot by the time we go back to the car". Saying "that's unfortunate for you". read more

The staff is welcoming, the store is clean and well organized. The store hours are convenient. The merchandise is current and I appreciate the goodies in the check-out lanes. The Security Staff makes my decision to be a repeat customer easy, they care about our safety. C. Matty read more

Selection here is always great and service also. Any ross is always a hit or miss. The reason for the 2 stars is because toilet is absolutely always gross! Definitely never been cleaned. read more

This Ross location is ghetto just like their workers. I walked in and the store associate is already beefing with the security. The store is disorganized and I passed by a worker just casually texting on her phone while she supposedly put clothes away from the rack. The line to the register was long with 2 cashiers. As the line got longer, one of the cashiers decided to close down her register while she prioritized putting away empty perfume boxes. The other cashier had an attitude and didn't seem like she wanted to be working there. read more

They have very good quality finds at reasonable prices. It becomes an exciting adventure to roam through to find your unique item. Best testimony is my teenage granddaughters and my wife, their grandmother, love shopping there as well, and somehow they end up buying something. :-) read more

Honestly, the stores dirtiness and lack of organization aside the customer service was by far the WORST I have experienced excusing the friendly security guard. I was in last night around 11pm (I know it was before closing but I was purchasing 1 item). The store was quite busy but I didn't see any employees unless I was in the front by a register, where they were all huddled up. Aside from being loud and obnoxious, your employees were on clock and shopping BEFORE customers. 3 employees stood infront of me in line purchased items, then gave their bag to the cashier and just went back to "working". I wouldn't have cared other then they were taking their sweet time; laughing, looking back at the line growing, leaning on the counters and COMPLAINING about how they were scheduled too late, bashing their higher ups and just being straight LAZY. I stood in line with one item for almost 45 minutes while employees were standing around or right infront of me chit chatting and complaining and SHOPPING in front of me while they had one register open and a large line forming I'm surprised too with how much i heard but as I said they were standing in front me basically yelling it. should really reevaluate who your hiring, I shop at Ross every holiday; but definitely never again at this location. read more

Reaching out to you regarding a shopping experience I had at Ross. Came to the fitting room with my young daughter. NO ONE was present, so we counted our items and grabbed the corresponding number badge. Then out of no where I hear a yell in the RUDEST tone. Saying "PUT IT ON THE RACK" I turn around turn around and say oh no one was here.. before I could say the rest of my sentence the associate ('Carla' is her name) cuts me off and says it needs to go on the rack now. It is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional to treat a paying customer this way. Had of not had an exchange I had to do. Would've left immediately. No one should have to shop while being spoken to abusively. I would like to know where is it in Ross's policy that allows an associate to speak to a customer like this? read more

I LOVE ROSS! This has been my GO TO store for years! I can always find something cute at a reasonable price! No matter what your size you're bound to find something cute and trendy to wear! You can also find knickknacks for your home, such as paintings, centerpieces, mirrors, and more for great prices! Make sure to bring your patience as the lines are often long. Depending on the day it moves quickly. read more

When I first walk in I'm always greeted with a smiling face! The employees always seem happy and ready to help you

ASSOCIATE #: 961364 Needs a better ATTITUDE! Been coming to this location for over 3 years now as it's my local Ross. LATELY the employees have been so lazy and rude. I been coming here every week, particularly when it's not busy. There's 3 girls that are friends that work here and every time this group of ladies rings up the one with the gloves always has somethin slick to say to the other worker as if the customers aren't there, she also DOESN'T fold your clothes nicely, she will just throw it in there. She clearly hates her life and her job because I was standing there for 2 minutes in line and she said "I'm not ringing her up" out loud to her co like wtf. read more

I don't agree with the low star ratings for this Ross. It's a Ross after all, and I get exactly what I expect when I come here. There's always something here to satisfy my retail therapy need. Clothing options are hit or miss, but I usually find something that I like, for a good price. This store has plenty of options in the home goods area and I can always find a good gift item here, including a decent selection of gift bags. There is also a good selection of wall art and living room decor here. I have no complaints about this store and I'm thankful that they've been there for me for the past 10+ years. read more

This Ross must get hit with a lot of theft. I've never ever seen so many Loss Prevention people inside of one Ross. They had like 3 working at the same time. I'll go to the one on Lake Mead next time. It was very uncomfortable. We were being watched like a Hulk. We're not thief's just because we're black smh. Oh and they didn't have much of anything. They literally only had about 10 handbags. Wtf read more

Dirty in the store and because of everything being crowded in that store my family and I got profiled and I heard them being loud on their coms shi. Very very horrible experience. Never thought Ross out of all stores would profile ppl who are wearing their own company shirts do better. read more

There's a reason people are shopping more and more on line. I had a cart full of bedding pillows curtains and curtain rods for my guest bedroom. You can no longer walk out of the store with your cart. The store associate made me aware of it as I was trying to leave and walked away without offering to help me out with my stuff. If I hadn't just spent 30 minutes in a very long line I might have gone back to return it all. I go out of my way to shop locally in order to support jobs on my community but this really rubbed me the wrong way. I doubt I'll be back to Ross anytime soon. read more

Not enforcing mask policy. I was waiting in a line when a guy entered and his entire mask was completely under his chin. The lady at the entrance did not stop him, so when he passed by me I told him that his mask is not put on. He said "I know" and kept walking without fixing it. So I informed the cashier and pointed him ... and guess what ... she did nothing. Good job Ross for Less! read more

Shame on you for not making people wear masks during this time. The fact that you're letting people go in and shop by covering their mouth with their hand is unacceptable. You are risking people's health and lives. Great job. We're only going to be in this mess longer. I will never step foot in this store again. I will pay extra money elsewhere. Saving money isn't worth it to shop here. Sorry. read more

Not from around here, but I witnessed an employee, tall man 5'8, with black hair tied into a bun. He walks through the entrance with no mask on. He talks to his other co-worker that is greeting customers before putting a mask on. Shouldn't he have put his mask on before entering the store or right when he enters. He does none of that until he's done talking to his coworker. As I was leaving the store, I see that he works as Loss Prevention. It's disappointing that you guys don't take better precautions as employees. read more

I have to be careful when walking into stores like this. I came in to get bed sheets and ended up coming out with a bunch of their wall art. They are open late and have a great selection in all their categories/aisles. They also have a bunch of stuff on sale/clearance. And everything is so organized and clean! If you're looking to decorate your new place, stop by at Ross and pick up some wall art. Need new bedding or home decor? Looking for new dog toys or pet bedding? Need new clothing? Ross has it, and more, for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back to get more things for our new place! read more

Lots of good deals but I really don't like how disorganized it is. If you're a bargain hunter and ready to get down and dirty to look for a good deal, then this store is for you! The staff seems like they don't want to be there and honestly, I don't blame them. Got lots of stuff tho! read more

came to this Ross to return one item since it was on my way home and this Ross doesnt have a separate line for returns. instead they merged it with the regular purchase line with people who have baskets worth to buy. it's really an inconvenience for someone who was trying to do a quick return for less than 5 items. read more

The reason for my 5 star review is for the manager, Michelle. The staff is nice, but Michelle manages her staff effectively. Great job, Michelle! read more

The employees are always rude and act like any simple question is an absolute inconvenience and there's always more loss prevention people than there is actually employees and the bathroom is absolutely disgusting I don't think the baby changing thing has ever been cleaned and I shop a lot and I have no problem waiting in line butDon't go here in less you wana stand in the check out line double the time you spent shopping every single time I go to this Ross The line either stretches to the back of the store or even if there's only a few people in front of you somehow it takes 15 -20 minutes in line I wish I could go here more often but when you go in and get one thing and wait in line for 15 minutes to a half an hour it's just ridiculous read more

So organized and clean. Every rack was perfectly done. Sizes were in their correct places. Even the hardware/home furnishing area was clutter free and actually organized. This review is for their home section.... I found really nice queen sheets for 25 bucks. I really like all the variety of decor the have.. From bases to little knick knacks that make a home a home. Go there and look for bath mats, bathroom accessories, throw pillows and mirrors. I wish I discovered it sooner so I could have had prettier things for less. I bought a plate set and there was a broken plate in it so make sure you check stuff in packages. The return was pretty simple so I didn't mind. I should have checked in the first place. Will be back to look for more decor and home supplies. read more

This review is for a sales associate by the name of Alex, she was working at the exchanges & returns registers. I went in to return a kimono I purchased from the Ross on Lake Mead. The kimono had the tags on and I had the receipt. When she started processing the return, she says to me the tag says it's a dress and this is clearly a top. I was like, ok. She didn't want to issue me the return and said I needed to go back to the Lake Mead Ross because it was mis-tagged. How is that actually my problem?! read more

The items and prices are ok though it's totally not organized. And this specific staff named kristi (?) (There's a sticker after letter i) won't even smile. I even joke around that we are having to go in line since somethings blocking on the way. And shes mm like frowning rolling her eyes on me and said what are you talking about. I start pointing out an old woman lifting her cart just to get in line, and I said, that's what I'm talking about. If the staff are just like that, I will never, ever go back to that shop again. read more

The short older woman " managing" the fitting rooms is literally awful. I will avoid coming to this Ross again because of how rude she is.
