Bob at Suncoast Windows outfitted our entire modern home with Fleetwood sliding doors and windows for a very reasonable price. Five years later, they are still working perfectly. Near the end of our home build, we still hadn't found a front door we liked. Bob got us a showcase-worthy front door for an awesome price, delivered and installed on schedule. Wish I could give them more stars. What started out as Bob being aggressive trying to gain my business (which I respect), turned into subpar execution and customer service upon install and afterwards. I spent a lot of money on sliders with Bob/Fleetwood and Bob has been virtually unreachable. I have had to reach out to him several times when an issue arrises only for him not to respond personally. I don't typically like to give someone a bad review but sometimes it's the only way to get their attention. I suggest looking elsewhere as the Fleetwood doors I thought I was getting aren't worth the money and Suncoast isn't going to provide you above and beyond service. read more

Going door to door, with a bunch of blathering lies. He said my HOA sent him since this is a retirement community. He could not tell me the name of the HOA. No business cards either. He showed me a paper with a neighbors name and address. He also proceeded to tell me how I didn't have but one sliding door, these houses won't cost much. Making up this stuff was darn near hilarious. Oh, and I have way more windows and doors than he thinks, and this is not a retirement community. And if your sensitive to perfume, watch out, it darn near killed me it was so strong, and it permeated the house from where he stood in my driveway. Running fans to clear it out. Oh, and I've already posted this on our HOA group to warn all the neighbors. read more

We were very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge that Bob and Jared had regarding the line of Fleetwood windows and doors. Suncoast was highly recommended by my contractor when we remodeled our house in 2013. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and professional. We ended up replace all 27 windows/sliding doors in the house. Since we were removing the breakfast nook, Bob suggested to change the counter height window to a floor to ceiling picture window. Until today, we still appreciate this great idea as a counter height window would have suggested a table there, instead we have a full view of the pool through the picture window. We called Bob earlier this year to find options for my ugly, solid wood double entry front door that every family has in my community. He suggested a dark bronze anodized aluminum glass door with frosted glasses, and assured me complete privacy through the frosted glasses day and night. He also supplied all required information for HOA approval. Now I have a bright and airy entryway, with a complete privacy :-) I highly recommend Bob and Suncoast Window and Door. I called Bob at Suncoast Window and Door to get a bid on a number of Fleetwood brand Windows and doors we needed for our home renovation project. Bob was amazing. He sat down with me and my husband and helped us understand the difference is prices, models, features and hardware. He really understands the details of the products he sells. We would have ended up paying thousands more with out his help. Suncoast only sells the top of the line brands - Fleetwood and Marvin.
