For 4 weeks it worked flawlessly then it stopped cooling for multiple times. Call for a tech to come out and trouble shoot the system. He told me it had a bad part on a new system from the factory, OK it happens. So the tech had to leave and get a new part and come back. He literally spent the whole day here, about 7 hours. It's been a week and a half since it service and its set to 72° but the thermostat shows is the 84° currently. I just can't understand how a new system can need service twice in 2 months.
