    Absolutely horrendous…read more Called Arva because an appliance they installed was malfunctioning. Not a big deal, these things happen. Their initial service wasn't very good, but thought I'd call to see if they could help me problem solve. As it was a pluming related item, I called the number the repairman left and asked if I could speak to someone about "plumbing repairs." Was very angrily told "we don't do plumbing, look elsewhere" and hung up on. Okay. Not every employee is gonna put your best foot forward at a company, but no big deal. So I called again, hoping for another person. I started with the same greeting: "Hi, I was hoping to speak with someone about a pluming issu-" and was met with the following: "We don't do pluming, find someone else." And then he hung up. So to recap: terrible and unreliable work, and just hostile employees. Avoid them at all costs.

The service call was fairly inexpensive so instead of going to a big box retailer, I wanted to support a local business with repair trucks on the road. BIG MISTAKE. Claimed dishwasher was ordered. Nearly two weeks later - nothing. Here is where things really went south. I also needed the fridge fixed in the same unit. They came for service call. Said needed to order parts. I ok'd. Days later part comes. $389 for a repair BUT MY TENANTS ARE TOLD AFTER THE REPAIR TO TURN THE FRIDGE OFF so it can defrost. My question - why didn't you ask them to do this before?????? My tenants lose food and take other food to family member. They follow instructions. Start it up again. It still doesn't cool. Company comes back out and says do it again!!!! That's when I asked for a refund which they agreed - although it hasn't been received yet. I would have stuck it out with them. Steve the repairman was nice enough. It just fell short. It was the office staff (maybe owner) who made it easy to leave them and take the time to share my experience.

After scheduling, we had another issue pop up with our range hood. Blue Shield said no problem. Samir from Blue Shield showed up *early* - did not leave me waiting around for the end of the window they gave me. He quickly diagnosed the issues we were dealing with and gave me a fair, transparent estimate for the work. After we agreed, he fixed everything on the spot incredibly quickly and was on his way. Samir was courteous and respectful and really helped take reduce some pre-holiday worries we had with our dishwasher and hood having issues.

He disassembled and discounted the machine. He then discovered a further problem and Increased the repair cost by $500.00. He refused to provide a written estimate of parts and launched a confusing explanation where he constantly changed numbers. He would not provide the part numbers he required and he used part names that I could not find on the Bosch website. He left the dishwasher disassembled and disconnected from the kitchen sink drain. When I was finally able to identify the parts to which he referred, I found their costs about half what he stated. I am unable to use the sink and the disposal as the water drains onto the floor.

    My GE washer, less than a year old and still under the manufacturer's warranty, developed a major…read moreleak. Called GE Appliance and Service phone number at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737). I was scheduled for an appointment through Bodewell, a company that manages and handles the service repair requests for GE (phone 833 426339355, yes it was a long phone number). Bodewell in turn, scheduled an appointment time with Topline Appliance Service (571 505 5580). I am not going to go into the details, but one should know that they are dealing with 3 levels of "paperwork, authorizations, and communications." Be sure that you know your CASE NUMBER if you run into any issues. GE will want this information. I am not going to sugar coat the process, it took from January 27th, when I first called in my repair to February 17th to finally get my washer repaired. There were many phone calls in between. There definitely is a communication issue, however, the good news is that Topline Appliance Service did an excellent job with the repair. Fahim, Jawid, and there was a third technician whose name I didn't get, did an outstanding job with servicing my washer. They even pointed out to me that the original installer of my new washer mixed up the hot and cold hoses. They adjusted the hoses for a nominal fee. My suggestion to anyone going through this process is to be proactive with your communications with these 3 companies. Re-confirm appointments ahead of time to be sure that there are no last minute changes, to also keep a log of all phone calls and to be proactive, do not wait for them to call you. I give Topline Appliance 5 stars for the great job their technicians did, but only 1 star for the three companies involved in the process. Update since I posted this review. GE customer support just sent me an email dated 17 Feb 2026 at 544 pm to follow up to see if the issue was resolved. Let me add their phone number as a reference: GE Appliances Consumer Relations 1-800-386-1215 option 4 and enter case number

    I work for an appliance distribution company and regularly arrange service for my clients. GE…read morerebranded GE Factory Service to Bodewell in 2024 in an attempt to distance their brand from their service arm before making sweeping cuts and bringing on more cost-effective third-party service partners. Topline is one of those third-parties. They advertise themselves as fast, efficient service, but the trade off for speed is that you get stuck with this dishonest, cheap as dirt company that does not communicate with you, your salesperson, or GE. You may be excited to find that they have next day appointments available in your area. Understand that this is a diagnostic appointment. They will submit for payment from GE for the visit and will do absolutely nothing to facilitate ordering of replacement parts/appliances. Additionally they will lie to you about what's wrong with your appliances and will lie about when or if they submit documents/findings to GE. Lastly, they will not answer their phone or respond to emails. Do not under any circumstances allow GE to route your Bodewell service through this joke of a company.
