Turns out the service work that All Wire Electric did (one that should last 5+ years) began failing catastrophically within 2. The panel was removed to reveal heavy water leakage INTO the panel, causing a severe safety concern. This would have been bearable if after contacting them, they felt that they could come address it. Not only were they not willing to make logistics work to have somebody to even inspect it until 2 weeks out, they were unwilling to apply a warranty to it and were planning to charge me in full for the repair. So if you're good with a company that won't stand behind their work despite posing a dangerous safety concern to your at home residents because it's "outside their 1 year timeframe", then feel free to use them. If you'd prefer not risk being blown up, I'd recommend another set of folks.

I'm saying the same thing about AC electric service I had a simply amazing an off the charts experience with this company! I have a background in new construction, former co-owner of a construction company the reason I say this is I've been on a lot of jobs site in the past 40 years! This crew that was sent out to my home the young man Oliver was here every day. I have the delightful experience to see these to enter the picture. Eddie and Andy you couldn't ask for a better service and I have never witnessed a more cohesive team I'm totally blown away a delightful experience. Did you say that? They were here to replace a 5 year old furnace and heat pump that was out of commission for 3 1/2 of those 5 years. It was installed by a shifty shady outfit called Dr Cool LLC in Sumner Washington. They refused to make it good. I could not hire an attorney so I went through the motion of Better Business Bureau. I…read moreexplained that last year it stopped blowing cold air and an HVAC tech couldn't find a leak but topped it off with less than 1 lb. of coolant and it worked great all year. He said that he could come out on Friday and that he needed to send me a quote to approve. He said it would be "low cost" and I would receive it that night. He didn't send it. The next day he text me in the morning saying he'd send it today. He didn't send it. The next day I called him and he said "I'm working on it now". Again, he didn't send it. He called me later that day and said it will be about $800 - do much for "low cost". I told him the tech last year charged me $200. He asks that I send him that invoice (I did) and drops his price in half to $400. The next morning I ask what time he's coming and he cancels on me saying his margins are too low. What?!? Now I'm scrambling to find an HVAC tech before temps hit the mid 80s tomorrow.
