Moath will not attempt to sell you on things you do not need and will not try to confuse you with multiple unnecessary options or pass you around to multiple points of contact. He will know what you need and provide an honest quote. After delivering the quote, he will allow you to make your own decision without constantly texting, emailing or calling for an answer. That is one of the qualities I appreciate as a customer. Upon his arrival he got to work right away. His work is meticulous. His wiring organization is superb, his cuts into the wall were clean & asked us for input on how we would like to run new wires. He answered any questions we had. I had a very good experience with with them as the electrician was very knowledgeable of this process, the options that were available and once he got into the ceiling the challenges that needed to be addressed. Mike showed me the original shoddy installation of the duct work and gave me options on how to make this new installation work and also proceed in the future to have roofer come out and correct the issues. He took pictures of the areas and gave me instructions on what to tell the roofer. He didn't have to do this but I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty.
