I wanted to replace the silicone seal in my master bedroom shower and also seal the grout as the mildew was becoming a weekly chore. Andy informed me that he was able to complete both services in the same day and quoted me reasonable prices on the phone. I was able to schedule the work a few days later. Andy arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. We could carry a conversation as if we'd known each other for years. We had an immediate rapport and that's always helpful in a working relationship. Andy got to work right away on the shower and I noticed he had all the right tools for the job. It took several hours, but he worked diligently and quietly and cleaned up afterwards. Ultimately, the shower looks brand new again and I shouldn't have to worry about any further maintenance for another five years. I was so pleased with the work and how smooth things went with the shower that I decided to hire him again the following week. I needed to replace my garbage disposal that was jamming frequently before it was beyond repair. I grabbed the disposal I wanted from Home Depot and Andy came by a couple days later. Again, he took his time and was super quiet during the install. We came across a small issue with the setup, but he brought it to my attention immediately and asked me how we wanted to proceed. I appreciated that because I am very anal and particular about my home. Overall, he got the disposal installed and my wife is thrilled. Paul was able to squeeze me in towards the end of the day due to a cancellation, so I can tell that he takes care of new customers just as well as existing. He was so communicative and honest with what he was doing, I actually learned a lot! After a couple hours he deemed that the wiring and circuit to the fridge was just fine and that the issue is probably the fridge itself (which is unfortunate, but at least he didn't have to tear my wall apart!). I will say that the fees were a little more than other electricians I saw, but given the quality, communication, and overall great experience, it's well worth it!
