Andy arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. We could carry a conversation as if we'd known each other for years. We had an immediate rapport and that's always helpful in a working relationship. Andy got to work right away on the shower and I noticed he had all the right tools for the job. It took several hours, but he worked diligently and quietly and cleaned up afterwards. Ultimately, the shower looks brand new again and I shouldn't have to worry about any further maintenance for another five years. I needed to replace my garbage disposal that was jamming frequently before it was beyond repair. I grabbed the disposal I wanted from Home Depot and Andy came by a couple days later.
