The inspector also commented on their work and noted the connection through the sub panel as being a " a very neat install." We are now working with Evergreen to install whole house batteries being assured that we will receive the same quality of service. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to use Evergreen.

LASolar's offices were closed Christmas Eve, so I wrote an email. I heard back the day after Christmas and after speaking with a customer service person, it was determined that a tech needed to come out. I feared the worst since it's the holiday season, but an appointment was made for Monday, December 30 and the technician calmly solved the problem. LASolar's customer service department is greatly improved from a few years ago. I was delighted by how responsive and communicative they were.

My project is now finished and it's been about 6 months turned on and functioning- I'm still so…read moreglad that I did this with Ambrose Solar. Any home renovation project has bumps, and this one had its fair share: after initial install they monitor the systems production remotely to see if it's doing what it's supposed to/expected to, and my system was initially under-performing. They caught it and sent out a team to problem solve it, which took a couple tries, but they didn't drag their feet, they kept on it and kept at it and got it resolved. It was no fault of theirs, just a technology glitch. Core fear was that they would give up after a couple failures and leave me following up with them to get it done, but I never had to worry about that. I also did not end up liking where they placed the control box- it was something that was going to make future maintenance of my house trim problematic down the line. They willingly moved it up a few inches for me (and my only complaint was the team that did that didn't patch the original hole as efficiently as they should have. If I had understood the box placement better on the first pass that would never have happened, so this is a bit of a complaint of my own making.) Jon Landsman, who sold me the system, stayed with us the whole time tracking the project, checking in, and following through on every detail, every question, every concern. He never made me feel like the demanding diva that I am, was always prompt and gracious! The bottom line is that start to finish, even with a few bumps in the road, I have zero question that this is a company that legitimately cares about doing what is right. The culture of deeply valuing customer service that they have built is unmatched by many businesses these days. I am SO pleased, and SO impressed, and I can promise that you will be too!

ADT listed procedures on the web to solve issues with your solar, when that does not solve your issue, then there is no where to go. If ADT could not handle solar issues, they should stay in there lane with security systems. I have my solar that I cannot connect on my cell and there is no one to help. Paying for a system that we cannot get support! Ludicrous! What do I do?
