When I finally researched under the old company name, I came across Sunrise Energy Solutions and Mrs. Holly Tamas being the owner and CEO. I called the office and the actual owner answered the phone! When I described my system and mentioned the former company name, Holly immediately responded and found my name in her records. It turned out, that she had taken over the client files and was fully informed of my system. An appointment was made and technician Billy P. came out to my home and inspected and cleaned the system. He was very thorough and informative and patiently explained technical details that I never heard of. Overall, my solar system performed as well as could be expected for an older system and the improvement of power generation was immediately evident after the cleaning of the panels. The total charge was much more reasonable that other, larger companies were quoting originally, and then declined service on the now defunct company's product. I am looking forward to more $25/month SMUD bills and the knowledge that we are contributing to energy conservation. What really matters is that they're one of the very few companies in Northern California that will even take on SunPower systems these days.
