We believe they went above and beyond what they estimated they would do to make our roof water-tight. According to the certificate in the first photo attached NRG warranted this roof for two years from any leaks. They come and look at the damage but do not follow up with any remedy in this situation. Buyer beware if you use them to inspect your roof when purchasing a home. Our realtor ordered the inspection on our behalf and we paid the invoice.

On the day of the appointment, Alejandro kept me informed on when he was arriving. Once he arrived, he asked all the questions and started the necessary inspections. He inspected every inch of the roof and even used a drone to help. He itemized everything that needed to be addressed and broke them down into sections with estimates listed next to them. Based on the inspections, he identified there was moss present that needed removal, few shingles were damanged, gutters were detached, etc. He took many before photos of what he identified that needed to be addressed. He went through each item with me very thoroughly. I decided to hire them on the spot. He said his crew can come out the next day. They require a 10% deposit.
