I requested service from Windows Ave through the Yelp app. Max gave me a quote and came out in about a week. My husband handled talking with him since I was out of town, but he let us know that the person that installed the window, did it incorrectly. The window was retaining water and that was why it rotted. He fixed the problem, and it looks good to go. Highly recommend them. read more

Windows Avenue was wonderful! I called and Max was very accommodating and got to my house with an a relatively short time. He solved the entire problem in about five minutes! The prices were very reasonable! Even though it was a simple issue, it was too much for us to deal with here. I would highly recommend Max and windows Avenue! Max is very professional, pleasant, and has very clear communication. He was upfront about his schedule and was punctual for all appointments. STOP RIGHT THERE! If you are looking for someone to get your windows or patio door fixed, Max is the guy to go! Look no further! We had Max come give us a quote a few weeks ago and had him order a custom patio door because ours wasn't the standard size. Max was very considerate and wore a mask and even these things to wrap your shoes before entering in our home. If you are looking for quality work at a great price, Windows Avenue is the place to go! Today he and his worker installed the new door and it looked AMAZING! We are very very impressed with his work and our communication with Max was very seamless. This whole process took about 3 weeks (2 weeks waiting time for the custom door) and only about 3 hours to finish our patio door. We are very happy with the end product and we're looking forward to hiring windows avenue again to replace our entire house of windows next year. Max is courteous as he wore booties while in the home. Max is knowledgeable as he was able to fix both windows and replace some weather stripping for one of them on the spot. Coming home to a shattered sliding glass door and robbery is horribly frightening. Plus being a Friday after 7 pm, seeking someone to come to board up the door was not easy, but Windows Avenue responded within the hour and did great work, including cleaning up the glass pellets, securely placing plywood on the door in a manner that it could not be pushed in, which brought me a better sense of security. I had a 30+ year old large sliding glass door and screen door that were in need of repair. Rollers on the glass door were worn, and the door frame had sagged to the point where the sliding screen door would bind on the frame. Max and his co-worker were able to build a new screen door and replace the glass door rollers, all at a reasonable price. I wanted to reduce the noise as much as possible, I even considered getting triple pane windows. I requested a quote for both double and triple pane windows. Dave told me that he carries only Anlin but their double pane windows with a sound package and it's so good as triple pane windows. The quote I got was very detailed and included window specifications. It was very handy for a geek like me who wanted to verify and confirm all the details. In my recearch I found that Anlin sound package windows reduced noise by 29 decibles, comparing to 30 decibels for triple pane Pella, which confirmed Dave's statement. I had some limited availabilities due to my schedule and Dave was good at meeting me half way to find a working times for the installation. On the day of the install the team worked calmly, steadily, with great attention to the detail. It's been three months so far, but I've really enjoyed the noises reduction, temperature stability, and the high definition views these new windows provide.

He looked closely at the pictures I sent and made constructive comments about what the shower enclosure would look like and answered all my questions in a polite and friendly manner, never ignoring me or failing to respond. Ultimately, I chose to go with a semi-frameless enclosure, which MJ does not offer (their specialty is frameless). Had I wanted to go the frameless route, I would have gone with MJ.

The first couple places I found listed on Yelp weren't available until the following week at the earliest, which left me with a big old hole in my house for a week plus (not good). Their starting quotes also seemed high. I called Capital Glass and Construction and Grant came out that same morning to measure and place the order, and his quote was lowest of all. He explained how the repair and clean up would be done. Grant came back a couple days later with replacement glass and finished the job and cleaned up in about an hour. I was impressed. Hopefully i won't need them again but they'll be my first call if I do. Good local business. Strongly recommend.
