We hired Chris from Excel Glass to replace our sliding screen door. We use this door often to let our dogs in/out from the backyard, and it was a little wonky after coming off of the track recently. The screen itself was ripped at the bottom as well so we wanted to get that fixed to avoid allowing any bugs to come in. The process took a little longer than expected because he needed to get a custom size screen door for us, and the measurements were incorrect when he brought it the first time this week. He was always in constant communication with my husband and gave us regular updates though so I appreciated the open communication despite the slight mixups with the screen door itself. Because of the week long delay, he gave us a discount so we definitely appreciated that! He explained the issues with the type of door track we had and how we could further fix it, but invited us to reach out if we had any issues.
