This is my second time using The Screen Guys, and Chris was awesome to work with both times. Chris is up front and fair, and his product is tough to beat. Both times I've had him install a custom security screen door, and loved it all the same. Originally I had him install a custom security screen door on my old home, and once we bought a new house I called him up to install another one here as well. The security door isn't your typical security door, this one looks like a fancy screen door, but most importantly it's beautiful and Chris installed it impeccably. Additionally, he was even able to rekey the security door so that I can use my home key for the same door. Definitely recommended! read more

Chris at the Screen Guys is the absolute answer for anything screen related! This man is the best in my opinion. For me, I kept having trouble with my pups tearing my large slider screen door. I called Chris and he was out my home in short order. He recommended a screen that is essentially dog-proof. It looks just fine, but the material is scratch resistant. We haven't had a problem since. On top of it, he has a nice personality and is easy to work with. Thanks, Chris! read more

I love when a company is professional, gets you a quote and the job done in great timing. Our screen door was damaged from normal wear and tear when our dog leaned on it and ripped it. I immediately began contacting local screen repair/replacement businesses. The Screen Guys gave me a quote over the phone and were able to schedule me in the next day. Took Chris about 15 minutes to remove the screen, replace it and give it some maintenance. He even went as far as fixing the latch to our gate. This speaks highly of his professionalism and how he manages his business. Appreciate the effort he put into going that extra step. Definitely keeping this business number in my contacts, and you should definitely consider reaching out to them! Plus the truck they come in is amazing, I was fascinated to see he had everything he needed to replace our screen right there. read more

I was using google to find a screen company to build me 2 screens for my home. One company said we don't do jobs that small, the other company didn't answer the call and there was not even a voice mail option. My final call for the day was "The screen guys"! Although the job was small they still came out and helped me. They measured and built the screens all in an hour or so. When I get more cash they will be the ones I call to put screens on the rest of my house. Due to inflation I could not afford to screen my entire house and I need a screen door too. Thanks for showing up and helping me The Screen Guys...... Love these guys kind, professional and great customer service. read more

OUTSTANDING! This is a rare Above and Beyond company! Chris Houge does exceptional work! We first met Chris when we purchased our new home in 2020, we wanted sliding screen doors, Chris personally answered, came over immediately to take measurements and we had new doors in less than 2 weeks. We contacted him again recently to replace the window screens throughout our house, again Chris came by, took the screens and had them back to us by the next week! He is friendly, personable and a GREAT business man. Excellent prices and fast service! Plus we have made a friend! I know I can call Chris for any future needs and he will always make time for us! Would definitely recommend to anyone!! FIVE STARS read more

Chris at the Screen Guys repaired my sliding door screens and put sunscreens on my second floor windows this week. He was super communicative and responsive the whole time. From initial consultation to install only took about 72 hours! Super efficient and great value both in terms of both time and money spent. Glad we were able to get these things done so quickly and will definitely be going back to the Screen Guys for any window treatment and screen needs in the future! read more

Got two retractable screens installed leading out to my back deck. Love them! Took a little while for them to be made, but they got here before the summer and that's all I needed. Owner is super nice and explained everything. From the beginning he wasn't pushy or salesy. I strongly recommend giving him a call if you need screens or screen repairs. read more

Found them online. Needed a patio slider screen replaced. Called and left a message for them. Chris called me right back and was really nice, squeezed me in within a few days. Came to the house, popped the door off and took it out to his truck to re-screen. In and out in 30 minutes. Super nice. Not sure on price because this was first time having it done but the cost for one screen door was $125.00. I'd use them again in the future. read more

I contacted Chris and this company to solve an issue that we had at the house that we were selling, and he was very prompt and responsive. I appreciated his professionalism and how quickly he dealt with the issue. I do realize Covid put our order far behind, and that was definitely not this company's fault at all. Chris gave me full warning how Covid has impacted the business, and the timing that he did tell me was spot on. I highly recommend this business to take care of your needs! read more

Terrible customer service, he came and took measurements assuming I will go right away with the yes, while What I wanted was first to have a quote and got mad because I said I had to think about about it. I have never ever been treated so bad by a company. In fact, he had a competitive price because I had the quote from other three companies. Definitely I would never give him the job I would rather pay more. Sorry, but it's not the way to treat a potential customer. read more

This company has a great business model - they take down your screens, repair them in their shop and then return them when done. I got a prompt response when asking for a quote. The price was fair and they worked very fast. The repaired screens look great and I'd recommend them to anyone. Great job Chris & team! read more

Highly recommend! Chris happened to be in our area when I called. He offered to take a look at our sliding screen door which was inoperable after it had been cleaned by a window cleaning company. We thought the rollers were broken. Turns out, the door had been reinstalled improperly by the cleaning company and was just off the track. Between the drive over, and the quick fix, he literally had it fixed within an hour of my call. What service! I'm hesitant to say this because I don't want people to take advantage of his business. But you should know how ethical this guy is. He didn't charge us for the quick fix (though we did tip). So nice to know we've found a screen guy who's more interested in providing value to clients than bilking them for all he can. I will be calling Chris again soon for all of our future screen repairs! read more

So happy I found them! I was looking to install a new screen door with a doggy door that would accommodate my 90 lbs. pitbull. Chris came out same day, took measurements and a ordered the doggy door that would be best suited for my dog. Not even week later he came by, installed it and we were good to go. Price was very reasonable, service was absolutely excellent and they were so fast. I just wish I had gotten one years ago. read more

Wow! What a great small business. I called Chris one morning to discuss replacing a screen door on a hard to open 8 foot patio door. The company that made the door went out of business years ago. Chris gave me a quote over the phone and came to my house that same afternoon. He removed the patio door and showed me the rollers bearings were worn out. He had the parts and replaced the rollers and then built us a new screen door in his truck. Within 2 hours we had an easy to open patio door and beautiful screen. This is the Guy to call for Screens and Doors! Thank you Chris! read more

We had an ancient sliding glass door that would no longer "slide". Replacing with a new one or French doors was pricey and time consuming. I called Chris, made an appointment, and he gave me the estimate and did the work the same day! Slider moves like new, no hassle or cleanup and a very friendly and professional guy. We didn't price anyone else for this, so I can't speak to that, but the work was quick and quality excellent. We completely relied on Yelp reviews for this and I want to throw my two cents into the ring~ read more

Phone call from Chris at The Screen Guys: $850 for a security screen door? Are you kidding me? He said they are usually $1300... He said to go buy one from Home Depot for $300... WHAAAAATTTTT? They sell what we need for $79. No way would I ever recommend this company. read more

The Screen Guys came out after my wife and I fought with our screen doors forever. They just never slid well in their tracks. A friend told us to give this company a call so I did and left a message. These guys are the best! They know screens like Stephan Curry knows how to shoot three pointers. They've done solar screens for my home, which drop the upstairs temps by 15 degrees in the summer and have fixed several sliding screen door issues. They work fast and efficiently. I spoke with Chris today asking for an estimate for solar screens. He came the same day and provided us with an estimate right then and there. I reasearched and found suntex is the best product out there, which he says is what he uses. He asked if we needed the screens soon as he would not be available for 2 weeks and tomorrow had a forecast of rain. We said no problem about the 2 week wait. A few hours later, we hear noises at our window and look out and see Chris installing our solar screens as the sun is setting. He stated he did not want us to have to wait 2 weeks. Amazing customer service! He installed 6 window screens with 4 on the second level, in less than an hour. The screens looked so great that our neighbor asked Chris to do her windows as well. Chris was actually the third person I had talked to. We had actually visited a brick and mortar store asking for an estimate and had provided the window sizes. They could not provide me an immediate estimate and said they would email me the next day. Thst was 2 days ago. Another company set up the next available appointment for 2 weeks from now just to get an estimate. I highly recommend "The Screen Guys" for your solar screen needs. Chris will provide you with great customer service and a great product. read more
