I had some screens redone a while back and when they were returned to me some of the frames were pretty bent. One was bent so much that the frame cracked and he couldn't get it to fit back into the window so he used a bent paper clip to hold it into place. I was pretty shocked. There is now a huge gap in the screen and the paper clip really looks awful. He probably should have offered to replace the frame since he bent it so badly and even cracked it, but he did not. I definitely would not use this company again, my screens look pretty bad with their bent frames. read more

I called Rich 2.5yrs ago with an emergency request for three solar screens to protect recently installed artificial turf. He was efficient and extremely helpful. The screens were a bit pricey but they were made within a day or so and other companies were 2-3 weeks out so...you pay for that quick turnaround. Despite this, they were worth every penny. With the savings in the last two years on energy bills ...have nearly paid for them. We needed a sliding door fixed that was very difficult to open or close. The screen door was also torn. The owner, Rich, responded the same day and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He gave me an estimate and we scheduled the job. One of his sons and another employee responded this morning, bringing with them the repaired screen door. They, like the owner, did a great job communicating with me, showed respect for cleanliness and had the repair of the slider done quickly. I told the son how much I was looking forward to have a smoothly open door again. He smiled and said there is an internal company goal to have "two finger opening and closing" by the time they leave. Kenny is a nice kid, too bad he works for Rich. Rich's picture would show up if you looked up price gouger in the dictionary. Wanted $60 to rescreen a window screen that was 18"x24". Ace Hardware charged me $17.99. Sold me UV screen lockdowns that retail for $5 for 8 everywhere and he charged me $3 a piece for 8 of them. He had them in his truck. Tells people that window balance is hard to find. They're $15+ on Amazon. This guy takes advantage of people's lack of knowledge and will reach into your back pocket for you.
