Ken fabricated a new sliding screen door for me a few years ago. At that time he encouraged me to go with the heavy duty screen because I had a dog and didn't want to go back to a screen grill. Today my visiting, excited 70lb pitbull granddog decided to run through the screen in her haste to eat. The heavy duty screen didn't rip but the frame was badly bent and pushed/twisted out of the tracks. It was immovable and I was convinced I was looking at having to buy a new slider. I immediately called All Mobile Screens and Ken was there within 30 minutes. He was quickly able to adjust the frame back into shape and it's as good as new. To top it off, there was no charge. After calling at least three companies (a couple here on Yelp) and not getting any callbacks (shame on you business owners!), we happened to see All Mobile Screens doing an install next door and asked if they'd come give us a quote. Not only did they come give as a very reasonable quote on the spot; they made and installed the screens on the windows we needed rescreened (about half of them) that very same afternoon. The work was fast, efficient and professionally done -- and the screens are very high quality. (My husband is a superintendent in retail construction and has a very critical eye when it comes to this kind of work.) We felt the price was very reasonable and we LOVE our new shade screens (and the noticeably reduced heat in the house). We had All Mobile Screens come back this month to replace our remaining screens. When we called, the woman who answered (Pam) was very personable (my husband got a real kick out of speaking with her) and after a friendly (and informative) chat, we were set up for our next install in two days time. They were prompt -- showed up at the scheduled time as expected -- and once again, the work was quick and of high quality. Two of the windows were very large and the installer had to leave and come back with larger screen rolls to do the work -- which he did promptly and with no hesitation. And to top it all, they went an extra mile by throwing in some bonus work at their own discretion. Honestly, if we had more screens, we'd have AMS replace them! Others have commented on All Mobile Screens customer service and work quality -- and we can't agree more! It really was exceptional. We absolutely recommend them very highly. read more

Pam is great. They came out to my office and put solar screens on and we immediately noticed a difference in temperature. They do create privacy which was an added benefit. Everything Pam said about these screens was spot on. I am now having them due the whole back of my home. The prices was very good only about 80 bucks a window and for my larger windows at my house only about 120 bucks. My cooling bill will easily offset this expense this summer alone. I really can't say enough good things about Katie and Ken, the owners. I had spoken with Katie a few times before making my decision to go with their company. She was friendly, informative, and best of all.. They allow customers to make payments according to their budget. Not only is that incredibly unheard of this day and age, but incredibly kind and trusting! There is no way I would be able to afford the solar tech, heat and light reducing, full window -screen coverings without being on a payment plan. Ken and his assistant came out, they were friendly and fast and the screen coverings look amazing! Going with the full window screen covering is a great option if you have older windows, or you get sick of having to constantly wash and clean them. The thickness of the screen let's in a good amount of light, but gets rid of a good amount of heat. Win-win. A little spendy at $9 dollars a square foot, but with my payment plan I can pay over three, four, or even six months. I will likely end up getting new screens over every window in my two-story home, I can't think of a better summer time investment. Highly recommended. read more

The window screens on our house are 20 years old and were in need of replacement. Our insurance company wanted aluminum screens on all the glass for fire protection. I called several companies for quotes. My calls weren't received very well when I explained what I was requesting and why. I was laughed at, told the insurance company was out of their mind and installing aluminum screens would do nothing to help save the house from a wildfire. But then I talked to Katie at All Mobile. She was more than helpful and informative. She worked with me to make sure we did exactly what the insurance company was requesting. She supplied me with a quote, same day. I wanted another quote for comparison so I did get another company out for a quote. That company's quote was almost twice what All Mobile quoted. They couldn't come out for over a week and when they did their quote was ridiculously high. I called All Mobile Screens and they were able to come out the next day! The worst experience ever! I've been waiting to put this review for a while, but didn't have the time to go over the details of this horrible experience. I called and made an appointment to come to my house and waited without anyone showing up! Called the office and get this! The nice lady said that Ken got the wrong address and went somewhere else and performed a job! How does that make sense I don't know?!? We rescheduled another time and Mr KEN showed up finally and wish he never did! We have a sliding door with two sliding screens. He supposed to be coming to replace one side of the screen. The screen wheels were working ok on both sides. MR KEN said that the wheels are not in a good shape and would need a replacement. I said that's fine. He charged a $100 for the two sets of wheel only and the screen a different charge. All of a sudden during the installation, MR KEN seems so annoyed and frustrated. Then he tells me that one set of the wheels is not fitting well with the door frame. And he started calling the manufacturer with names and blame it on them. I choose to ignore him and stay quiet so I don't get into an argument with him but that was very unprofessional and annoying. That comes from someone who doesn't have the capability of doing or perform the right job. He replaced the screen on one side. He replaced two wheel sets on both sides. He showed me that one of the sides the wheels are working and the other side is Barely working. Of course he still blaming the manufacturer and charged me for the side that is not working properly in which he shouldn't charge and took his set of wheels and put the old one back. If he did not replace the wheels, it could've been still working better than what it is now. Because right now it's stuck and not moving whatsoever. Overall, I HIGHLY REGRET that I hired him for this job. It was very unpleasant experience and very unprofessional. The job was not performed as it should be and I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the results. Stay away from working with MR KEN and find someone else to work with on your screens. read more

I had security screen doors installed about 3 years ago. The doors have provided much peace of mind. The front door lock broke after 3 years. I called Ken, the owner, explained situation about broken lock. He offered to come the day I called didn't work for me but was here the next day. Replaced the lock, gave me 2 keys asked what I owed him.... Reply nothing! He is all about the customer and quality of service. I would more than highly recommend him and will use his services again He has done work for my neighbors in the past that was how I found about Ken. 5 stars are not enough.
