Amazing service, fair pricing and they did a great job installing our new frameless shower doors.

I had Glass Masters out to my home in Lincoln to replace the sliding glass door wheels/rollers. One guy came out named Daniel who stated yes we can fix the door for you. The following week two other guys came out spent 10 minutes discussing how to remove the door to fix it, after calling their boss or owner of the company they stated we can't fix it, you will have to replace the whole sliding door with a new one for $3,500 dollars. I told the manager I would not be paying for a new door when it doesn't needs to be replaced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I called Neighborhood Glass they came out fixed the door within 30 minutes for $339. They were very professional and stated you do not need a new door, we'll just lift the door out of the frame and replace it back. I will always refer Neighborhood Glass to all my friends and neighbors if they need any windows or patio doors fixed. read more

Their final price was less than 2 other vendors, but higher than Dimas, who responded within a day, measured within 48 hrs, and did a great job. Updating rating to 3 stars because glass master's pricing appears to be within market. Their process leaves something to be desired. read more

Called to schedule a glass estimate. They provided a four hour time frame on when they MIGHT show up. I pushed back asking for them to be more dialed in and I provided three out of the four hours in which I would be available. I work from home and am rather busy. Despite this the lady scheduling "(didn't) want to waste her people's time". I will not be wasting my time then by giving them more than this post. This is not customer centric business and I think it is ridiculous to expect people to wait around for four hours just to get an estimate. Hard pass. read more

Scot from Glass Masters came out to our house to check out and provide an estimate for our shower glass door that wouldn't close properly. When he arrived he was very professional and courteous. Within a few minutes of checking out our door, he discovered it didn't need repair, he said it was just the plastic trim on the bottom that was sticking. He proceeded to repair it and to my surprise, he said there will be no charge! This is just unbelievable that there is this kind of customer service today. To say that the Glassmasters staff is amazing would be a complete understatement. Everyone that I spoke with over the phone and in person had great customer service, and exceptional knowledge of their trade and products. We submitted an online quote request for a window insert install in our solid, fiberglass exterior front door. We were contacted immediately by Regina and she scheduled a technician to come out shortly after. Kevin, our technician, was so helpful. He walked us through the different inserts and their privacy levels, explained the installation process, and was able to give me a great quote. Kevin installed the window a few weeks after and my husband and I are so pleased with his craftsmanship. Seems very trustworthy. James and Josh came to give an estimate to fix a leaky window. They found evidence that suggested it was actually probably a roof leak dripping water through the wall onto the window. They could have done a re-installation, taken my money and be gone, but Glass Masters clearly is a trustworthy, reputable company and I really appreciated the straightforward analysis of the underlying problem. I called this company because my shower door was off and would not close. The girl who made the appointment was super sweet on the phone. They sent out two techs (although I only caught Kevin's name). They called 10 mins before they showed up and were extremely nice. They took a look at my shower and pushed it back in place for us. They were honest that our home builders put in the cheap stuff which we totally agree with and gave us a quote to redo the glass structure and recommended a company, O Tile in Rocklin to redo our stock shower. Extremely impressed with their professionalism and will be calling them in the future when we do our remodel. read more

This is a very poorly run business. I am remodeling a shower and as a DYI'er you go to professionals for what can be done correctly and even suggestions. Glass Master did not have anyone with experience to assist. The soonest that anyone with technical aptitude could talk with me was over a week. I tried to get some help for the manager and they had no idea on how to help but call the owner and he said to call back in two weeks. Pretty sad that there is no such thing as quality service anymore. I would not recommend these guys. read more

Quick, friendly, personal service from minute One. They sent someone to inspect my sliding glass door, which became difficult to open over the years. (Their franchise competition merely told me to email them pictures, and then tried to sell me a track we didn't need.) Glass Masters does their own labor, so the guys really care about their work. When the first worker made my door slide "better", he still wasn't happy and sent another worker out to help. I would have settled, but after the second worker did his magic, the door was so easy to slide I almost threw it open accidentally. I like that they didn't settle for "better", but even made a second trip out because they knew it needed a bit more. Nice folks, wore masks, played with my dog, stopped me from installing a track they knew I didn't need, and impressed me as a dedicated local company. I like supporting the local guys. Glass Masters We are very pleased with the service that Scott have given us. We first found Glass Masters when we were looking for Polished Chrome trim for an old Bathroom Mirror. Scott was in your store front that day & he was able to suggest an "L" Chrome trim (which he ordered for us). My husband asked if Scott would put in 7 Awning windows that we had made sever years ago for our Sun Room.... When Scott came out, my husband told Scott that we have been trying to find replacement cranks for these awning windows..... He took out one of the old cranks & in a few days he called us to say he found only one company that still made replacement cranks for these 34 year old Sunroom Awning windows.... We were thrilled!! After Scott installed our Awning windows & cranks, my husband asked if he could replace 2 windows for our home. He also looked at 6 windows that would no longer open. Scott Ordered replaced the 2 windows & also installed all 6 Baluster sets in our windows that would not open.... Now they work w/ease. I recently got 5 windows, and 2 sliders replaced by the Glass Masters. They made the entire process quick and easy from the very beginning. Ben came out to measure all items and explained in detail the different options I had as far as what type of windows/sliders to choose from. They provided updates as to when my order came in and we were able to quickly set an appointment for the replacement. When they arrived with their team to replace my windows, they were extremely professional, quick, and made it turned out amazing. They took the time to make sure all aspects looked great and to make sure I was satisfied with the overall outcome. GM does a lot of work w/Phase Four Supply, who ordered my windows. I trusted that if Don worked w/them, they were good. Ben is the owner, and he came to do the exact measure along w/Don. We set up delivery straight to my home, which worked well. Unfortunately, a broken window and another had a bent frame needed replacing/repair when they arrived, but that was taken care of. Then the rains delayed install, but then after a rainy night, the job was a go. Ben arrived w/one of his teams, including Scott and Rich, along with several other young men, who got down to business and quietly and methodically installed at least 17 windows the first day. They finished the second day, and the result was BEAUTIFUL. Transformed my home, getting rid of the dated grids on the front. They cleaned up really well behind themselves as well, and were very polite, all of them. Three days later they brought the final special order window to place at the front door.
