I called Christian Brother's because we were supposed to have it done there a few months prior. They told me that " some auto shops tend to say the fluid is bad just to make a sale" They told me to take the truck back in so I did, then when they looked at the fluid it was really dark. They then tell me that "Maybe we were super busy and forgot to work on your vehicle and there was a mix up" I'm sorry but paying for a break fluid change and saying it "needed to be done asap" but not doing the work? I drove around with it not being done until I went to Monroe automotive... I'm glad the guys there caught it, I was able to get it done with Christian brothers. Which took more time for me since they didn't do it in the first place. We no longer take our vehicles here because of this.

I cannot say enough great things about Crawford's Auto Repair!…read moreI brought my truck in thinking I had a suspension issue because of a squeaky noise that had been getting worse. They got me in quickly, were incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and took the time to thoroughly check everything out. It turned out to be something as simple as a loose spare tire, something that could have easily been misdiagnosed elsewhere. What really stood out to me is that they fixed the issue right then and there and didn't charge me anything. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating trying to find an auto shop you can truly trust. At Crawford's, I felt completely comfortable, respected, and confident that I was being treated fairly, no upselling, no pressure, just genuine help. They've absolutely earned my trust, and I will be coming back for any future car needs. If you're looking for a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!

Was also told by Ken that I wasn't a good customer because I had only done one oil service with them in a year and a half. Will never give Crawford's my business and they're just another auto shop that's dishonest and takes advantage of their customers. Hard to find integrity these days!!

I really appreciate their text message system that allows me to review what they're recommending now and in the future. I also really enjoy that you can opt right then and there to approve or deny a service. It also has prices estimates. At the end of the service the price estimates were the same as the charges (not sure if it would ever vary or if they would call before if it was to be more) I appreciate the pictures they take too! Pricing seems to be fair and comparable. The service was excellent. Very approachable and patient as I had questions and concerns since I'm not familiar with car stuff. It's easy enough to find, squeezed between the sonic and gas station. You could probably wander around and sit other places if you needed to wait for your car. I definitely plan to come back for my future care services and recommend!

Mentioned a possible power steering leak, no word on that, but was told about brake issues and engine oil leaks. Whatever. The topper was the manager chewing out an employee because he authorized a windshield repair when the damage happened when they had that customers vehicle. Had nothing to do with me, but, chewing out an employee if front of customers is unprofessional at best. And letting me know that should anything happen to my vehicle while they have it in their possession, they will do their best to not take responsibility. In summary, they disregard the coupons they send out, if my vehicle had been damaged they would do there best to not take of it, it was all about the up-sell, and the manager was so unlikable and treated his people so poorly, I won't be back. And, after $130.00, I still don't know where the power steering leak is. Edit: From their response, as can be seen, I got no direct response. No call, email or even text. Yet they have my contact info. Sun Auto wasn't the shop I chose to do business with, yet, there they are. I refuse to do business with a company that treats their employees poorly, baits and switches with mailers and upsells services I didn't ask for. I worked in a dealership service department at one time. I am capable of performing repairs myself, I would just rather pay a professional to perform them. This is absolutely not the company I prefer to pay.

The price estimate was roughly $500 as I recall. I declined as the car was going for dealer service in two days. I asked the dealer if any of this was recommended or required: "No. We don't recommend any of that at this time". So, obvious upsell. When I returned later, Justin wouldn't acknowledge my presence or say hi. Nothing. He was either ashamed or pissed off if I hadn't bought his shit. Go elsewhere to a reputable shop.

Finished the work pretty quick, I really wish shops would go back to removing diagnostics charges when its not super involved or the customer chooses to move forward with the repairs. They also told me I needed a coolant flush for $400 and the radiator was replaced less than a year ago and probably has 500 miles on it. That kind of stuff is sad when they do it to people that do not have any mechanical knowledge. I think Firestone needs to take a look at their online reviews and make some changes.
