Enjoying the free water and entertainment in the lounge!

Jamie was amazing! After unexpectedly patching up our back tire with a fix-a-flat on our way up to Phoenix, Jamie and his team were quick to help us out and make us feel right at home. Their hospitality was unmatched. They offered our son a lollipop and even put on Bluey in the lounge area while we waited for a brief period. They ended up not charging us for the patch up and we were so beyond grateful and thankful to the shop and Jamie! The job held up for the remainder of our trip and our way back to Tucson. Thank you!

Auto Cosmetics - clear bra, paint protection film

They put on the Xpel PPF and a tint strip. Came out great! They take care of you every step of the way! I noticed an air bubble on the passenger mirror, no problem they corrected it. Can't even tell the film is there.

I researched many different places before I decided to go with Auto Cosmetics. Received a quote…read morefrom Vivian pretty quick! I picked this placed based on pricing and location. Prices are good and they have a deal going on right now. Their website has pricing already listed as well which is very helpful. Dropped my car off here during my lunch break on Monday around 2:30pm. The place was easy to find. I was a bit confused on which door to enter into but go to the one in the corner! Once in the lobby area, press the doorbell for service. Hector came out and greeted me and we went out to look at the car. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He confirmed which areas would be worked on for full front PPF with door cups added and asked if there were any other areas of concern. We talked about a few other things that I was planning to get done as well (services not offered here) and he recommended a few places! Picked up my car today (Wednesday) during lunch around 2:30. We went to the garage to check out the work. Hector and his team did an amazing job with the PPF! He said give it a few more days to cure and let him know if there is anything that comes up that needs to be looked at. I'll be coming back for tint in about a month or so. We looked over the tint shades and he showed me an example of the shade I wanted and how it looks on a car. Everyone here is really nice and you can tell they care about their customers. They even offer Uber vouchers to take you to/from if you need to leave your car there while they work on it. Highly recommend!

I used them on two different occasions and they saved me a lot of money. I would also recommend that you stay far away from Sun Devil auto on Riggs Road. When it comes to your car care they do a whole lot more than just brakes.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!…read more These people are not good at anything - other than messing up your brakes. I initially brought my vehicle in to the Queen Creek location to find out what I needed. They said pads and rotors. I had purchased the new pads and rotors myself and paid this shop for the labor to install them a few days later. Shortly after the service--within about a week--I began hearing a persistent squeaking noise coming from one side of the vehicle. I contacted the shop and was told that this can be normal with new brakes. While I understand that new brakes may squeak initially, it is not normal for the issue to occur on only one tire. I was advised to bring the car back in if the noise continued. I returned the vehicle the following day. After approx one hour of inspection, I was told that a metal component was rubbing against the brakes and that the issue had been fixed. Which in my mind that meant - you did not do the job right from jump. However, the problem did not resolve. A few weeks later, after continuing brake issues and taking additional time off work, I had the vehicle inspected by another repair shop. They disassembled the brakes and informed me that the brake components had been installed incorrectly. They showed me that while the other brake pads were measuring at approximately an "8," the affected pad was already worn down to a "4," which clearly indicates improper installation or an unresolved underlying issue. They provided me with written documentation outlining their findings. I brought this documentation back to brake masters to address the matter. Unfortunately, during this visit, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and I was told that the issue was not their responsibility. Only after insisting that the brakes be checked again did the staff take another look and then informed me--within a matter of minutes--that the caliper was seized. This raises serious concerns. When I first brought my car in for inspection, this shop had it for over an hour and did not identify a seized caliper. When they initially installed the new pads and rotors, you had the vehicle for over two hours and again did not identify this issue. I also brought my car in for a squeaking noise...this issue was still not identified. Yet it was suddenly discovered in minutes during my most recent visit. If the caliper was seized, this should have been identified before installing new pads and rotors. Had I been informed of this issue upfront, I would not have authorized the installation of the new parts. This suggests that the brakes were not properly inspected prior to installation, which is both negligent and unsafe. Because of this failure, not only were the brakes installed incorrectly, but my safety was put at risk. Brakes are a critical safety component, and improper installation or failure to diagnose known issues could have resulted in serious harm. Which makes me wonder how many more of our vehicles get overlooked because they don't care and negligence. I would avoid this company at all costs and take your hard earned money elsewhere.
