I was dropping my bf uniform for patches and most of the employees were very nice. One of them a small woman who was helping me was not very customer friendly. It was my first time doing this for my bf so I didn't really know the protocol of dropping off things. She was very blunt and basically kept glaring at me whenever I spoke. I gave them 3 stars because the rest of the workers were really nice and they do a good job at making sure my bf looks good for work with the proper badges! read more

We were sent here by the American Red Cross to get uniforms for the FAST TEAM. I found the service to be outstanding and they have one of the best selections we could find. It's a brick and mortar place to buy your items. Yes, they are a little more than what I have found online, but I find the ability to try things on and feel and touch them to be prudent and cost saving--less need to return or live with an item that does not fully satisfy. read more

Always stocked with what I need for Motors. Attentive, helpful, funny and good prices. I come from the East Bay just to shop here. Nothing to complain about at all. read more

I've always had great service whenever I have to get my uniforms. I will say they always have people in their shop but I have never seen them treat or talk bad to a customer. Pat the owner is always there and tries to ensure everyone is taken care of and is there for any questions we might have. The girls working there are always nice and helpful. They work hard but keep moving to help people out. Thank you guys keep up the great work!!!! read more

The staff there is so helpful and nice. They know the equipment and each agency's uniform. Quality and efficient tailoring too! Wouldn't recommend any other place! read more

My husband works for the US Post Office and he bought his uniforms here. Mark is very helpful to us and he is patient. He is not the type of person who rushes you or tailgates (if thats the word, haha) when you are shopping. Very nice store. read more

I came in today to get some uniforms, a younger blonde guy (sorry totally forgot his name) helped me out with everything, helped me get the perfect size and perfect pants, I tried on so many and yet he was still very patient and nice about everything. Then I started to try out some boots, they didn't have my size and I tried multiple ones unfortunately they didn't fit but he was still very patient. I highly appreciate his costumer service, it was excellent, never made me feel like I was being annoying (like it usually happens at other places) I would like to add that it was very busy and he still made sure everything was ok, everyone was very helpful, the store manager also grabbed some boots for me without me asking to see if those fit me, really good experience! Definitely coming back for my uniforms. Great brands, great quality read more

Service is decent. They don't have enough tailors to accommodate academies coming through and make the process of getting the uniforms and gear required somewhat unpleasant. read more

Pat and staff always provide great service and stand behind their product. After a recent purchase, Pat ensured I was completely satisfied with my outer vest sizing. I have been coming here for going on 16 years, and will be a customer for life. read more

As I have previously posted...I have been going there for many years. Last time I went there...I needed some blousing straps. When I went to the counter to purchase...the gal at the counter waved me off and said not to worry about them. Free of charge. That is why I shop there. Can't see that happening at LC. These folks are like family. I will gladly pay a little more for this kind of customer service. JB read more

Super accommodating. Came in to get some patches on my quarter zip had to get old ones removed and new ones placed on for county ambulance when it was really busy. Changed my mind about one thing while I was waiting and they were able to get it done for me while I waited. Awesome service, more than pleased. read more

I love Summit Uniforms and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will continue to shop there for my security supply's and highly recommend you do the same!!! read more

Had to just drop a line, and say that Summit is A number "1" in my book. I've been going there for the last 31 Years and counting. And it's been nothing but "Perfect" from day one, when "Joe" the owner was running it and it continues to me "Perfection" now that his son "Pat" has taken over. So Obliviously, you've had a customer in me for all of my career and will continue until i retire. Thank's so much Joe, Pat, and Crew for keeping the quality level at the Perfection level all these years. Take care and God Bless. Sincerely, Don G. Dardanelli (Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office) Again 31 Years, and Counting. read more

Staff is rude and always seem to be in a hurry. They told me it would take over a month to just sew on two shoulder patches and I had the shirt in hand. They seem to not care about all customers because they get the money from bigger accounts. Have had some good interactions at summit but I would rather go to another store now if I can. read more

Rude Witches that works there! Sucks I need their service. I didn't have a choice I needed my jacket patch. If your a female That needed a uniform or anything at this place, I suggest ask your man to get it done for your coz those witches that works there only help man in uniforms! The girls are rude! I won't even give them one star!! So I walked in. A blonde chick standing by the cashier not doing anything so I went straight to her and right away turn her back away from me and helped the gentleman on a suit! Well I guess she had to approached her first! This is not the first time! So i needed to write this review coz they never changed!! Wack ass customer service! Plus I'm not a man in uniform so why would they bother and be nice to me!! Never again coming to this place!! Im just going to drive further to get my uniforms!!! Oh wait I need to come back for my jacket though that I already paid for! I hope the management see my review! Just my luck I bet you that lady was a manager! Lol! Boo!!!! read more

The girls at the counter are bitchy, go somewhere else. While waiting in line, I witnessed the two customers in front of me mistreated with unnecessary attitude. Same thing happened when I got to the counter. read more

Everything at Summit is overpriced. You're better off going through the many online businesses that sell the same products at far less the cost or traveling a little bit up the peninsula to a different uniform store. I have a friend who literally paid double out the door for the same uniform I purchased elsewhere. I have another close friend who waited over a year for a uniform to be ready for pickup. I've waited for months for uniforms to be ready during which time my co-workers have ordered and received the same exact uniforms in a matter of weeks. There is always an excuse at Summit for why it takes so long. Other stores I have used are apologetic and make it happen. Don't waste your time and money here. This place has taken advantage of their monopoly in the area and has a terrible reputation with my agency. I will never do business here unless I have no other alternative. read more

My boyfriend and I ventured over to San Jose yesterday, to get him some Postal Uniforms. I was very impressed with the staff. Very courteous, and helpful. Mark ended up finishing up the sale, and really was helpful...helped activate the credit from USPS...Will definately return. Much better, in person, than ordering online! Very big on customer service. read more

Very helpful staff and great selection. I just realized I forgot to look for kneepads. Didn't see them but can't confirm whether they have them or not. Purchased a pair of boots and cap and now looking spiffy. read more

I have been coming here for over 15 years and when possible, I only go here. Pat Earnshaw (Owner/GM) is a stand up guy who is all about customer service and it shows. I can only think of a handful of times I have had issues with items I got here, and each time they made it right with no argument right away. The staff is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and they really work hard to get things done. I have bought many a rush item, and have needed repairs and alterations quickly, and I have never been disappointed. I have been to most the other uniform stores in the Bay Area, and this is my favorite by far. read more

It's a little expensive, but well worth it. I've been satisfied with the quality of everything I've picked up. They're also really nice, and provide great customer service. Summit uniform has great employees that goes above and beyond to accommodate their customers they are timely , efficient , and informative. I have been puchasing my uniforms from them for the last 30 years and have never had a complaint. Thanks to Mark he has made my shopping experience a lot easier and has always kept me informed on when my uniforms will be available. I have brought in my boyfriend and numerous employees due to such great customer service...keep up the great work read more

I drove a long way to try a different store, and was totally disappointed. I'm female, and I'm small, but I'm still in law enforcement, have been for 34 years. I was ready to spend my money. I was not asked once if I needed help. I was considering buying shoes, among other things, which are hard to find in my size. Clearly, they saw me looking at the shoes, but didn't bother asking if I needed help. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

Summit is definitely one of those stores that can seem intimidating without the right assistance. Rachel was more than accommodating and helped get me in/out quickly. The alterations took less than a week! Very quick turn-around. I just wish they had a larger selection for boots. read more
