We were asked to leave our service dog outside. My husband and I both needed to use the bathroom so instead of a quick stop with the dog we instead had to take turns waiting in the car with her (it's 90+ degrees outside, she couldn't be left alone). Not sure if anyone who works here understands how service dogs work, but you can't ask someone with a registered service dog to leave nor ask that the dog be removed, food service or not. Poor service, as always, but what do I expect from people who act like their gas station food service is the greatest thing in town. You let people hang out for hours at gambling machines, loitering people outside, flies all over the place near food that doesn't even feel warm, but won't let a service dog sit in the arms of its parents while one uses the restroom? I hope the woman who spoke to us today never needs a service animal, nor does anyone she loves. Unacceptable. read more
