I Had a problem with one of my cabinets and I called they said to send pictures to their phone so they could help me. I Said I would be more conferable if I brought the cabinetry the store. I remodeled my master bathroom and bought a double vanity from Summit Cabinets several years back that was installed by my contractor with a custom granite countertop. Within a year, the paint started to chip off the doors and drawers. I stopped by the showroom to see about a warranty and what could be done, and the salesman said he wound not be able to look up the invoice. He gave me his number to send pictures of the issue, which I did with no follow up on his part. I would now have to demo my bathroom to replace the vanity. Craftsmanship of the wood has stood the test of time but the paint is chipping more and more and more looking terrible. Luckily it's a master bathroom, not seen by any guests that come over. Additionally the cabinet was in the higher price range compared to other cabinets stores. I would caution everyone to not purchase cabinets from Summit Cabinet, especially a large project because within a few years, they may look like the pictures I attached to this review! read more

My wife and I did a complete remodel of our kitchen and we would hands-down highly recommend this company to anyone. We visited their show room bringing in the rough dimensions of our kitchen and we were lucky enough to have Morris as their sales representative assist us - all I can tell you is that if you're lucky enough to have someone like Morris help you, you're going to be in extremely good hands. Morris was able to show us practically a three dimensional computerized design of our kitchen after we selected the cabinets we liked - and on top of that he listened to us every step of the way and did not try to upsell us on unnecessary things we didn't need. He had helpful hints which we had never thought of, and after coming up with an efficient, nice design for a kitchen we loved, we ended up having a print out of what we wanted down to the square inch. Their prices are extremely reasonable, quality excellent, delivery on time, just as professional as any organization can be. It was well worth the trip from Orange County to go see their show room-especially to meet Morris. Our cabinets look great, and I plan on using them in the future. We had a great experience with Summit Cabinets! We had a small kitchen island within a narrow kitchen. We wanted to double the island length so that there was room for seating at the extended area. Summit Cabinets helped us turn this plan into a reality. From beginning to end, the whole team was very helpful. First, Eric helped us solidify our plan of adding island legs/ posts so that we could increase our counter space. Next, Morris promptly made arrangements for me to see the quartz slabs at the stone supplier. He then provided us an estimate that beat all other quotes we got. Then, James and Eric removed our old counter and installed the posts and plywood on the day and time expected. Lastly, Angel installed the finished quartz island countertop as planned. I am very happy with how the island turned out! Everyone was super friendly and professional during the entire project. We worked with Eric over the course of 2 years designing and saving for our kitchen remodel. Summits cabinets were INSANELY cheaper than Home Depot/Lowe's by $7-$9k. They were $4,300 cheaper than a custom cabinet maker as well. We paid summit to put all the cabinets together, they then delivered them fully assembled and we installed them ourselves with the help of my dad (house flipper) and my father in law (general contractor). My father in law said we should've saved the $25 per Cabinet for assembly because the assembly was "crap". He said they were put together carelessly and unevenly. That said, the cabinets themselves were beautiful and the uneven-ness was easily fixed with shims. I absolutely LOVE our kitchen, Eric was phenomenal to work with, answered my millions of questions and we got everything our hearts desired for $5,600 total (assembly and delivery included).i would definitely use them in the future. read more

Cabinets look like they were just thrown together, said they were going to come out and fix them. Not all hinges are the same, doors don't line up properly, can't be adjusted, gap in between so you can see inside without opening doors and supposed to have self or soft closing doors. When this company got paid they were quick to collect there money but not to service there product. One hinge completely off door, wish I would of gone elsewhere. Not happy I wouldn't even rate them. Terrible customer service and communication between company and myself poor owner who is not even concerned with the homeowner being completely satisfied. read more

I researched a number of RTA cabinet vendors. After comparing features, materials and quality I selected Summit. When I called Eric was very cordial and suggested that I visit the Corona showroom. Since it's only a short drive I made the trip and glad I did. Great selection of cabinets with a myriad of finishes and styles. Eric has hardware in display but he steered me to a great website with a vast array of hardware. I opted to pick up my order at the Corona warehouse. It's pretty easy as these are bundled in "flat packs" making them easy to load and unload. I was very impressed with the quality of the woods and finish. All drawers are solid dovetail construction. All pieces come with "L" brackets which will do an adequate assembly job. But I opted to also apply a good quality wood glue in addition. The cabinets went together without a hitch. I hung them and placed the base cabinets. We could not be more pleased with result. Btw I also purchased new Quartz counters from Eric as he made it a sweet package deal. I also did the floors myself. Figured this kitchen remodel would have run 10 to 12k if hired out. DIY came to about 5k including sink and appliances with lots of smart shopping and price checks. Recommend Summit and Eric very highly. read more

We had a fantastic experience when remodeling our kitchen with summit cabinets's materials. We couldn't believe how great of a quality the cabinets were at a fraction of costs. The personal attention we got from Eric was wonderful. He had plenty of patience when working through the floor plan designs with us. He helped make some creative solutions. Most of the materials were already in stock and we could take them home the same day and start remodeling our kitchen right away. We were able to add in some of what we wanted- spice rack, pantry closet and the like. The kitchen turned out to be breathtaking gorgeous. We got so many compliments about them. We purchased the shaker white cabinets for our new home in corona and my kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. The pricing was great as well. We had Eric do our measure and he arrived on time, offered recommendations, and drew up multiple designs for me. Cabinets were delivered and arrived the day they were scheduled. I had a few logistical issues, with hinges, delivery, and some problems with the crown molding measurements that.
