Food truck style pop up in Belton! They are here to stay and are doing brick and mortar off west adams in temple soon so keep that in mind. It was my first time trying summer moon at all. I've heard the buzz about it and have passed this truck several times. They have nice outdoor area for sitting and enjoying games. Outdoor heaters are appreciated always. Staff was so helpful in explaining what all the menu options were and helping in recommending something based off my likes. Belton has definitely needed more coffee options and it's in a convenient location, easy to get in and out of. Low wait times. read more

Service great; server knowledgeable and helpful. Coffee spot-on just right - not too strong, not watery. Server did not flinch when I said "sugar-free?" either, lol. OMG. Acted as if it was no big deal and brought it right out. This is a huge thing to me, as most places act as if you've asked them to set up firecrackers and throw them in your car or something. it is not rocket science so, I am most grateful for someone who just gives me what I want and it wasn't hard. Coffee is to die for!!! I'm salivating a cup with their signature Blue moon milk all the way from here (yum!) Definitely a must try! They have a very cool set up. Never expected this for a truck spot but in addition to walking up to order and sitting on one of their benches while enjoying a cup of coffee plus a game of either life size Jenga or Connect Four you can drive up! Yes it's a drive through (lol). Staff is very friendly and know their variety of coffees. I tried their oat latte, the quarter moon, and my nephew has their summer moon which had a lavender flavor. Beautiful esthetic, my type of vibes! Places to sit and hang and drink your coffee. We arrived early in the morning and we were excited but they were out of pretty much everything. No cold brew, the only thing we could get were lattes. I got a Chai Tea Latte with oat milk and it was creamy but something was off. I think it was for once in my chai tea history too much sweetness and had a little bit of an aftertaste that was interesting. So, I think I'll have to adjust that next time. My husband got an iced latte which he devoured and enjoyed! Will have to go back to try cold brew! Glad to have some other coffee options in our area! read more

Decided to give this place a try for an early morning pick me up from this mobile restaurant. I ordered a 1/2 summer moon latte. The coffee was the best I have experienced and did not have to add anything to it. Ordered my coffee online for pickup and was not expecting the drive thru personalized service as an added bonus. Timing was perfect and I have been dreaming about another cup for weeks so it time for another visit.
