As soon as we walked in, Marlin actually remembered her and jumped right in to help again, which honestly blew us away. On top of that, Brittney stepped in and shared her own experience with being between sizes and worked closely with my girlfriend to make sure she felt confident in the fit. Just happy they are closer to me and I don't need to drive out to San Jose to visit their store.

I wasn't asking for a refund -- I simply wanted to exchange them for the same style in a normal fit. Because I didn't have the receipt or tag, I was told I couldn't make the exchange. The customer service was poor, and the manager, Raul, was not helpful. Considering how much they charge for their clothing, a much higher level of customer service is expected.
