My husband and I are regulars here. Ronya (the owner) always takes care of us and the rest of the staff is great too. Disappointed they don't carry Akoo anymore but we get the best deals on Cazals, Paper Planes, shirts and hats. The store is very organized and easily accessible on the top floor by Five Guys/The movies. The staff always greets you and helps you with sizes. I like that they aren't super pushy with annoying sales tactics but instead give you room to browse but are available if you have questions or need assistance. Most recently we bought a couple pair of cazals and Ronya took care of us. We'll definitely continue to shop at Fresh Apparel! read more

I am very disappointed with the customer service of the Fresh apparel at El Camino Real, due to placing an order of 10 t-shirts ($330) on the 29th of December 2016 that would be ready for pick up in 2 days. After the 2 days, nobody called me to update me on the order, so I contacted them and was asked for another 2 days, however they haven't met this deal either. Today for the 3rd time I contacted them and was advised that I could pick up my order (which was paid for in advance) after 7pm. But contrary to this, I arrived at the store at 8:30pm and the co owner Ronya Zarour (the person who originally placed my order), told me they had mistaken the order and the t-shirts were the wrong size. Now after 11 days, I still don't have my products and was asked for an extra 3 days. Which kind of customer service is this ? I have been shopping at Fresh for years, and have never felt so upset and disappointed with such unprofessional and rude behaviour. Looking forward to having my stuff ASAP and hope this will never happen to any more customers. read more

4.5 stars service was a big part on that 4th star the half was because it is rather pricey for bay gear haha this clothing store is alot bigger then the one they have in San Mateo, the staff is more inviting and helpful, they got throwback jerseys here, Mitchell N Ness type and reebok type that players use on the field, they also have throwback jackets, they kind that look exactly like the orginal Starter jackets they use to offer back in the early 90's if not mid 80's If your looking for a jacket and they dont have your size or player they can custom order it for you, price will go up but hey to have your name on it personalized, u can't deny it yours haha staff here is super helpful, answered all questions even some that I did not ask. clothes **** service ***** they gonna get ur gear for you alrite even if they dont got it in stock they gonna get it for you price $$ it is pricey for shirts and jackets but if bay wear.. My bf wanted to check this store out. Glad he did because I ended up spotting a very nice watch! It's a Casio, very common and quite inexpensive. I absolutely loved the sleek and classic design, ugh! They seem like good peoples. Customer service wasn't really that big a deal because I didn't check out the whole store. I liked that they acknowledged all the customers who entered and was quick to offer any help. They weren't rushy even though it was near closing. I went to the daily city location at Tanforan looking for the "Beast" in 49ers style t-shirt. Got what I wanted yo. It was a pretty busy day as the NIners were going to the Superbowl, but surprisingly it was a smooth operation. For the most part the store was well organized, with the hoodies, t-shirts, and other apparel all seperated. Some of the less popular stuff is a bit unorganized in the back. They pretty much have most of the unofficial gear for the bay area teams here. While most of them revolve around a more "thug life" theme, there are some gems to find here. A bit pricey, but no more than other similar boutiques. Thinks $30 for a t-shirt. I will definitely come back to check for new gear! read more

The customer service is good here. Right as I walk in I was greeted immediately. The associates are there to take care of the consumers. I forgot the name of the person helping me but kudos to him because he was helpful. Their products are really aimed to young youth and adults. I was here looking for some crew necks sweaters and they have nice plain ones but we're too expensive. It's pricey in here but I left with 4 plain shirts for 25 bucks! That's pretty cheap in my opinion for good quality shirts. Overall if you're looking for some Bay Area designed shirts this is the place for you to go. read more

Ive been here various times and I've found that they have the poorest customer service I've come across. When I entered the store, the store manager didn't even say hi to me and then later on asked me if I had a problem with her because I looked at her in an odd way and I didn't say anything to her. Awful manners honestly, and I've become friends with some of the employees there, seems to me that the owners should be careful about the way they treat both the customer and employees. They would definitely have a law suit against them if it were me in those shoes, I stop shopping there because I don't support the how greedy they've become with their money. I don't normally write reviews for businesses unless I feel it's highly necessary, and let me tell you, I LOVEEE this place. Ronya (who I THINK is the owner) and her brother Salem always take care of me. I can honestly say, there is never a time where I will leave without a Fresh Apparel shopping bag or two. They carry all the top streetwear brands like Adapt, Filthy Dripped, LRG, Akoo, Rocksmith, TheFWord, G-Shock, Mitchell & Ness, and a bunch of other brands I can't name off the top of my head. If you're a regular customer like I am, trust me, they will, recognize you, the will remember you, and they will take care of you. Their customer service is unlike any other streetwear clothing store. Everytime I walk in, one of the guys shows me their newest shipments on hats, shirts, etc. Most streetwear stores have employees that try to act all cool and chill and are kind of quiet, and they kinda just let you walk around and take a look with little to no interaction. THIS place on the other hand, will ask you if you're looking for something in particular, ask if you need a size, and are really helpful. I can tell the bond of a family business, along with good communication, good team work, and great customer service is what gives Fresh Apparel their success. I enjoy coming into Fresh Apparel and I enjoy shopping at FRESH at huollsdale. The younger guys are honest which I like they don't push sales onto me which I like! I'm lucky about wheee I shop and I used to buy full complete outfits for my best friend, I love how they are always smiling and they will hold a conversation sometimes sit the outfit in wearing or my shoes. I do wish though they would have more sales. The clothes r expensive but I have noticed some new brands coming in and there stuff is nice. I like how the hot bix has the sickest shoes at all times. Even if I walk out empty jaded I still like to screen shot stuff and I've been finding some goodies for myself lately. I go I there now to shop for some cute goodies and they always have food ones. I wish they would continue with a wider selection of G shock watches for women. And I enjoy there yearly sale. I love that sale :))) the new store inside Hillsdale has very nice people working there and it's very bright so I don't have to worry about stains or anything like that. I wish they would add a female to the mix of workers since the extra small stuff I would love a females perspective too. 1 thing I find hard is they only have 1 mirror inside in Hillsdale that's full length aside from the fitting rooms. Right by the hats they could use a mirror that would be very helpful. Aside from that this store has the nicest men's clothes and they do carry unique stuff too, and clothes for men that fresh carries kit everyone can pull off but if you have some style and wanna add some really cool stuff to your wardrobe I suggest taking a peek inside. read more
