Ruby was the main sales person I dealt with, and she was incredibly awesome. As warm and friendly as she was helpful, it was a real treat working with her. In four or five visits, she helped me to identify what I should get, what the options were, and all the small details (such as included-tailoring) that would make this gift the very best it could be. When I brought my wife in to the store to reveal the gift, she had the Chelsea Trench Coat I had purchased all ready along with a couple of alternates in case my wife preferred a different color or more relaxed fit. Afterwards, she took the time to give the coat one last steaming, just to make it as best as it could be. Such level of attention and dedication to customer service is getting harder to find, no matter how much you spend. :) A separate shoutout to Michael, the store manager, who lent his expertise in how a trench coat should fit. If you are anywhere remotely close to the SF location, Burberry in Union Square is worth the extra drive. While it seems to be smaller than the other locations in the area, the staff really makes up for it with how well they treat their customers!
